Went great. Little back and forth on scheduling due to weather but good communication. Did nice job cleaning the chimney. Was happy they happen to have the parts on their truck to install a cap on the chimney.

I bought an older home within the last year, and had not use the chimney. I had the technicians inspect the fireplace and chimney. They found numerous cracks in the old terracotta flue, and a broken dampener. In addition that noticed the chimney?s cement crown was all but worn away. This missing crown was causing water damage in the chimney and roof attic. They provided pictures of the problems and gave me a detailed list of the items that need repair. They also pointed out that if I only did one thing, then I needed to fix the chimney crown too prevent future water damage. A month later I used their services to fix the crown. I am holding off on the other repairs until I decide if I plan to convert the fireplace to natural gas.

It went well. They gave me an estimate of work I need to get done so my upstairs fireplace would function properly.

As far as I can remember everything was good. They seemed nice.

My experience was great! They were on time for the appointment. They offered a military discount for us. They were professional and knowledgeable. We had one issue but they had two people at our house on a Saturday to check on our issue. They were here within the hour so I appreciated their promptness.

They were excellent. The crew was on time and clean, for what amounted to a dirty job. They all spoke English, which was helpful. They do quality work and were very courteous. The staff was customer friendly and the office staff bent over backwards to meet our requests.

I was very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness of this company and the work was done extremely well. They corrected the venting on a hot water heater that had been installed improperly. I did not check prices with other so not sure if the cost was high or competitive but am very satisfied with the service and results.

Very responsive staff. The contractor took time to explain the issue with the pilot light, and suggested preventative maintenance repairs for the chimney.

Bought the Angies list coupon, used their website to schedule the date. Was able to schedule within a week. They came and did a nice job, cleaned up after themselves and left. I was concerned about the state of the chimney since we'd had a chimney fire the previous week. Inspector looked carefully including on the roof to verify that the chimney had no cracks and was safe to use again.

That went fine. They did a good job. Everything worked out fine. They didn't charge me anything extra. They came and did what I asked. It was fine. They were here when they said they would be.

Everything went extremely well. I placed a request online via Angie's List and was called the next business day to schedule inspection and cleaning. They were there to provide the estimate w/n a day or two. The crew performing the work was available to start the next week, which was yesterday (Tuesday, February 10th). They came on time and performed the interior work, due to weather, they returned this morning (again, on time) and finished the exterior work. Everything was clean and just as they found it. I have absolutely nothing but praise for them. I can't wait to sit by a nice fire w/book in hand this weekend. Note - I had another company come out earlier and was appalled that they thought I was stupid and would pay crazy money for this work. I found it strange that I've used the other company in the past and never had them try such foolishness and called them out on the fact that since they've inspected my fireplace in the past why hadn't they seen these issues before. The idiot told me that this could happen over the course of a year -RIGHT... Thanks American Professional Chimney & Masonry for giving me back my days of lounging by the fireplace and more importantly, having a company that consumers can feel confident in.

I got an estimate. They were prompt and courteous. There were no additional fees associated with the deal, but the estimate was too high.

They were suppose to call with a quote for some additional work but to date I haven't heard from them. Contacted another contractor and had the work completed.

It went very well. Sent the pictures of the top of chimney to landlord for consideration of work to be done.

It turned out fine and I have no complaints. I would recommend them. They did a better job than the neighbor down the street, mine looks better than the neighbor down the street. I did not have any spare brick from the chimney and they had to go out and search for a matching brick. The first batch that they brought did not match and so they went out and shopped around again at their cost. I have no idea bricks cost but they ended up buying twice as many bricks as they needed because they had to go back out and buy more matching bricks. So I appreciate them not sticking me with the ones that didn't quite match. It wasn't that much of a color difference, but it was still noticeable.

We choose them because of the deal the good ratings they had. They were very clean.

Prompt, courteous, careful to keep our house clean, answered all our questions, and left us with a clean chimney. Also, very quick but thorough.

My experience with them was very positive. As a result of them completing the chimney sweep, they discovered that we had some masonry issues. They were quite legit. There had been a very minor earthquake in the area that had affected a lot of chimneys. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They had to remove several bricks from the chimney. They could not fine an exact match. They went through a large process of cleaning and reinstalling the old bricks so that they would match. They completed the job in a few days and cleanup was good. We did not shop around for the cost and we felt that we got the value for our money. Overall, we are very pleased with them.

My chimney drew much better after the cleaning and the new vent cap looks so much better than the old one. During all three operations the workers were professional, efficient and left my house as clean as when they entered (for the cleaning). The weather was very unsettled during this period and they made a special effort to accomplish the work as quickly as possible despite having to dodge several rainy periods. We are very satisfied.

It went very well. I asked additional questions outside of chimney sweep, he was honest and professional. He didn’t know one of the questions and he directed me to the owner who answered them promptly.

Fine except I had to call another company to actually repair the fireplace.

The chimney sweep was great and I had no complaints about it. The technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I didn't use their services for the liners but I found that they were honest, punctual and thorough.

That service turned out well. Two technicians came out and I would recommend them to others. I had no problems with their punctually either.

They came out within a week or two. They were okay. The work they did was fine, but they gave me a really high quote for additional work.
