American Professional Chimney & Masonry

They were very punctual for the appointment...actually early. Came in and immediately got started cleaning the chimney. The service was quick and my chimney has never looked cleaner! I would recommend American Professional to anyone else looking for a good chimney sweep.

It was a very good service. It was just the big deal. There was nothing else that needed to be done. They were prompt. They came out when they said they would. Their price was competitive. They were really good.

This is a great company that understands service. Katherine, in the office, was diligent and thorough; always checking in and providing personal care to the project. Rudy, Tito, and team were highly skilled, punctual, and very hard working. Their craftsmanship is stellar, and considering the disruptive nature of relining chimneys -- they were quiet and you would hardly know they were even there. A wonderful team of professionals that deliver great work.

We chose American Professional Chimney & Masonry to fix rain leaking from Chimney place after we had 3 estimations from 3 different company. The estimated cost from American Professional Chimney is not the lowest one, but their repair plan seemed to be best for me, and the cost was also reasonable compared to other estimation. In actual repairing, they came to my house as scheduled and did an excellent job. there was no rain leaking after the repair.

Everything was fantastic. They were nice and I would use them in the future.

It turned out very well. I was pleased. They did a thorough job. It was clean. They moved it along. They documented what they had done.

We were purchasing a home and the lender required chimney repair before closing. It was falling apart above the roofline, and video inspection of the interior revealed structural issue inside as well. They completed full rebuild of the chimney above the roofline and replacement of the interior (sorry - I don't know all the terminology). They told us in advance that the new brick would not be an exact match with the existing brick, but the difference is more subtle than we expected and a passer-by wouldn't notice. We are very happy with the result. It looks great, we got the house, and we're looking forward to some nice fireside evenings later this year. They were easy to work with, very responsive, and really worked hard to accommodate us on a tight and changing schedule, which included a holiday weekend. I'd give them an even higher grade on responsiveness if I could.

Very prompt and professional service. Would happily schedule another cleaning. They were very honest and did not try to upsell. They also did a fabulous job cleaning up after they were done. Highly recommended.

They didn't charge us more than the "Big Deal" but they gave us an estimate if we wanted to a job on the chimney. They are very professional and they checked all the chimney, they cleaned it and they told us we still had other problems we had to take care of. They were very available. They explained everything. The guy who came was very kind and everything.

American Professional Chimney and Masonry, Inc. is one the best companies I have hired. The work was done in a very professional manner and the men were polite, nice, kind, and patient. They did not rush to finish the project. They took their time until they were pleased with the outcome and then asked me if I was satisfied as well, which I was. They took before and after pictures of the work they did at the top of the chimney since I was unable to climb on top of the roof to view the problem that existed, and then I was shown the picture of what it looked like once the work was done. They cleaned up the area in which they had been working before they left and you would not have known they had ever been there. Excellent!!!

They showed up on time. Equally importantly, they agreed to cover the opening to the fireplace while they did the work, causing me not to have to try to clean soot out my woodwork, floors, and carpeting. Friendly and professional.

Our service provider came by on a Friday, but unfortunately didn't have the right sized chimney cap on his truck. Came by the next day while we were out running an errand and installed the chimney cap. Looks great. No complaints! Service provider also recommended some mortar replacement, but wasn't pushy; likely will be done in the future. Great deal!

Apparently not using our fireplace for 15 years left tons of dust accumulated in chimney. Company was very neat and thorough and we were happily able to use our fireplace.

I am suspicious of their assessment.
