The Company and crew were very professional, and did a very good job, timely and very clean. Definitely someone to hire with confidence.

Came out for inspection and cleaning and discovered they could not clean it, and my fireplace needed to be replaced. They were professional, responsive, courteous, and made sure they were clean when coming in the home.

They team actually arrived early, went straight to work and got the job done quickly, with no mess in my house. Inspection of the chimney revealed some cracking on the cap, separation at the top that they immediately caulked to repair, and missing mortar on a brick. Gave me a reasonable estimate for the repairs that I plan to use, including a discount because the lead noticed that I was a veteran. These guys are prompt (second year I have used them, and they have been on time or early), clean, and pay attention to detail.

The gents were on time and very courteous. They made quick work of the clean and inspection and didn't leave mess behind. They noticed a crack in the crown / cap outside and took a picture and sent it to us as well as provided an estimate for repairs. We'll get a second opinion just to be safe.

It went very well. The technicians were nice and polite and obviously knew their stuff. They discovered a very unfortunate issue with the chimney's masonry above the roof - which I understand. They made a quote for repair which I have not yet answered but I understand I will need to make this repair and I am planning to.

This was a Big Deal purchase. The technicians were on time. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned any dust that may have fallen. They clearly explained what was being done and advised what additional work needed. No upselling pressure. A couple days later, I received a quote for the additional work. Again, no pressure; just an email letting me know how much the work would be if I chose to have American Professional Chimney & Masonry perform the effort.

They did fine. They were in and out very quickly. It's not very often that I get my chimneys cleaned, so I don't know what the price range is. It's a chimney cleaning. As far as I know, they did a good job. I didn't go in there. The weather was so warm, that I wound up not really using the chimney. They were here on time.

Everything went well and looks good. Men were professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company and would hire them again myself.

First visit to my home: I got one snap shot of the inside of a chimney made with a smart phone and a set of detailed estimates of recommended repairs adding up to $6,723. I really don't know if there was "cleaning" done or not (a large vacume cleaner was present). I requested a second visit to get a more careful inspection because I really thought the snap shot inspection was inadequate and suspicious. I sent two pages of questions/comments with the request and received prompt and polite replies to some of the questions. They used a video camera on a snake and a video monitoring device that I could look at. Everything looked pretty good this time but there were a few places that might warrant concern (the original snap show no longer showed up?). I wished that they had just sent out the video camera in the first place.

They did a good job, but I noticed that they didn't remove the vines that had started growing inside our chimney, which I didn't realize wasn't included in the chimney sweep deal. He had a younger person with him, and our ceiling is kind of rough, and the younger boy kept knocking the coating off of ceiling. He looked like he was in training to be a chimney sweep.. They were very nice and did the job efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get their chimney swept.
