Owner, Dave Myers, is the area's most experienced chimney diagnostician (since 1973). We have an A-Plus BBB rating & emphasize customer service excellence in every aspect of our business. What differentiates us from other companies is that we provide a thorough analysis and estimate for any necessary repairs, without any pressure or emphasis on sales. We are happy to prioritize any repairs that may be needed so that customer's can budget accordingly. Thanks for the B overall review, despite the upset about the estimate you were given. I'd like to make it clear to other readers that we did not do any repairs, only an inspection. We have not pursued basement waterproofing in about 2 years because we found that to get the work, we had to run Big Deal inspections with estimates and charge for them when other companies were offering free inspections and estimates. This understandably upset several people. We also found that many people were upset when they realized how much French drains and sump pumps can cost. though most people were very pleased with the work when they hired us, the negativity around the estimates was enough to dissuade us from running more Big Deals in the Basement waterproofing category. I am a stickler for happy customers and a B rating isn't quite good enough for us. We decided to stick with masonry and chimney work where we excel. Dave Myers, owner
