After some scheduling issues, they finally got out to my place and did a nice job inspecting and cleaning. Not surprisingly I did NOT need a liner, it was nice to have afresh knowledgeable opinion.

I contacted the company via Angie's List and supplied them with pictures of the patio repair work that I needed. I wanted the crack repaired and the patio resurfaced. They responded by email via Angie's List and told me that one of their masonry specialist would contact me. I never heard back from them. I have called the office twice and was told again that they would get in touch with me. I have been trying since May 4 to have someone contact me it is now May 12. At this point, I am in contact with 3 other companies and will make a decision soon.

Very well. We had a potentially dangerous situation because the original damper that had been left in the chimney many years before and was harboring creosote. The repair team even took photos and a video of the repairs and cleaned chimney inside and out for our files. Also pleased to receive an Angie's LIst discount.

This is a two part review. Part 1: The team for the sweep showed up early, went straight to work and swept the chimney. After the sweep, the lead advised me that my crown had cracks and would eventually fail and need replacement unless it was sealed, and that a brick in my chimney needed to have the mortar redone. By the way, this company pointed this issue out to me last year, but I couldn't afford it. He provided me with a quote for the extra work, and included a military discount, because he noticed on my Van the DoD stickers on the windshield. The sweep was well done. Part 2: American Professional Chimney, the day before I planned to call them reminded my by email of the quote. When I replied that I wanted the work done, they sent me an electronic signature link to authorize work. They met my schedule request. And called me to confirm. The team arrive a few minutes later than planned but in my area traffic stinks. I showed them where the water and electric were, and they went straight to work. I also had a loose brick on my fireplace, they fixed that during the time they had to wait for the crown sealant to dry (and since rain occurred the team lead wanted to inspect the work to ensure no weather impact). He also texted me before and after pictures. So, I am going to give total cost overall sweep and crown repair. Sweep cost was $89. Crown sealing cost and fix mortar issues was $315. It would have cost WAY more to replace the crown.
