Owner, Dave Myers, is the area's most experienced chimney diagnostician (since 1973). We have an A-Plus BBB rating & emphasize customer service excellence in every aspect of our business. What differentiates us from other companies is that we provide a thorough analysis and estimate for any necessary repairs, without any pressure or emphasis on sales. We are happy to prioritize any repairs that may be needed so that customer's can budget accordingly. Description of Work: Swept and inspected chimney and provided a cost estimate of the additional services recommended (i.e. replace cracked chimney liner). The inspectors went to the incorrect address which made them tardy. Otherwise, good experience with the inspectors and with the scheduler.

Description of Work: There were some scheduling problems which they resolved satisfactorily. They had emailed that it would be in the morning and then said they couldn't do it until the afternoon which was not possible for me. The scheduling person got someone else to come out who did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I paid for the chimney cleaning/inspection. The two men who came to the house were polite and professional -- and they put a large tarp down, to ensure that no dirt would get on my carpet. They also found a problem with the furnace pipe which is somehow connected to the chimney, and some deterioration of the exterior chimney bricks. They wrote a detailed report and I will have that work completed on Sat, 12/19. I will definitely use them for all future chimney or masonry jobs. I was very impressed with them.
