Owner, Dave Myers, is the area's most experienced chimney diagnostician (since 1973). We have an A-Plus BBB rating & emphasize customer service excellence in every aspect of our business. What differentiates us from other companies is that we provide a thorough analysis and estimate for any necessary repairs, without any pressure or emphasis on sales. We are happy to prioritize any repairs that may be needed so that customer's can budget accordingly. Description of Work: Chimney sweep, assessed chase cover, cap and roofline connecting to chimney. The technicians were professional and responsive. There was an issue with some of the equipment during the original service time but they were able to come back out and finish the job in a timely manner.

It is actually written into code enforcement law that we inform home owners of any deficiencies we see within their chimney. Chimney safety is a serious issue. I do understand it is not pleasant to learn your chimney needs repairs . We have a great reputation because we apply no sales pressure and only provide a professional report with estimated prices on the cost of repairing any deficiencies . If you have any doubt about the necessity of such repairs, you should contact either the chimney safety Institute of America or your local building code officials. We can provide you with photographs of what we saw and you can forward them to them for their interpretation. I do appreciate your expressing your thoughts and feelings.
