Owner, Dave Myers, is the area's most experienced chimney diagnostician (since 1973). We have an A-Plus BBB rating & emphasize customer service excellence in every aspect of our business. What differentiates us from other companies is that we provide a thorough analysis and estimate for any necessary repairs, without any pressure or emphasis on sales. We are happy to prioritize any repairs that may be needed so that customer's can budget accordingly. "I will contact you about your estimate. 10 minutes is not much time, but then it really doesn't take too long to look up and down a chimney. However, I am not pleased with the fact that the estimator was not able to explain what he saw, provide photos of your chimney and leave you feeling comfortable with the process and with himself. I will definitely speak to them about the situation and how you feel about it. I apologize and want you to know I will do everything I can to prevent this situation from recurring. "Many of our reviews mention our no pressure approach to estimating. We can provide you with photos of the defects we saw, if you'd like. Depending on the type of fireplace and damper you have, 20 minutes is not unusual for a chimney cleaning, but I will look into who was out and what exactly transpired to make sure that a thorough job was done. I would like to re-examine your chimney to see the severity of the defects and the cleanliness of your chimney. We strive for 100% satisfaction and I see we have work to do to achieve that here.
