The Service provider was professional and cleaned-up after their work. My wife was the one present while the work was being performed. The chimney inspection was thorough and they provided an estimate for repairs on crack masonry and weatherproofing. It is understandable that masonry is part of their business and appreciate the evaluation; the chimney is 22 years old and never has been worked on. What impressed me the most is that they were open about the assessment and told me that it will have to wait until Spring for possible work and that they were open to go over the estimate again; no pressure tactics, just being honest with the Customer. I'm definitely going to call them back and look into the repair work this Spring. Yes, I would recommend American Professional Chimney and Masonry to a friend; honest small and local business.

The work was completed exactly as described. The workmen were neat and worked swiftly. They protected the living room floor with tarps and washed all their tools daily. I would recommend their services highly. This was the second job they did for me. They provided photos of the inside of the flues to validate the need for the extensive work. The quality of the work was exceptional.

Everything went quite well, the guys did a very professional job. It was a difficult job, because of the insert. They got the job done and I was pleased with the work. I bought the fireplace insert. They were very good, the price was right in line. I would use them again.

They were terrific and the only negative was that there was no photograph to accompany the repair estimate--when I called other companies to compare prices, several of them said we should have been provided with photos.

They came exactly at the time they said they would, laid down a tarp, chimney swept, and conducted a roof level chimney inspection and a chimney inspection from the interior. They were in an out within 30 minutes.

It went fine. They struggled a little bit, but everything turned out very well.

I was quite pleased with their work. They did not attempt to sell me things that I did not need. They cleaned the area when they completed the work and were professional.

Arrived on time and were very clean and professional. Had been awhile since I had my Chimney cleaned and from what I could tell they did a thorough job. Took before/after pictures so I could see the result of the work and gave a no pressure estimate on some items that need to be corrected (which I knew about beforehand).

Easy to setup the appointment, the guys performing the job were punctual, polite, and thorough. Swept chimney, inspected chimney and cap, gave me an update on frequency of cleaning and what they found. Also cleaned up any stray ash around the wood stove that was there as a result of use, not their doing, just a "While we're here and we have the vacuum out..." Should also be noted that caution was taken when cleaning. Anything in the area of the of the chimney was covered before they began in case anything came rushing out during the clean.

The cleaning of the fireplace and chimney was well done. The workers were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. In expecting the chimney, Mr. Gomez informed us they repairs needed to be done on the chimney and he showed us what he was talking about through pictures that he had taken on his inspection. Mr. Rivas and his team returned on 12/19 and 12/20 to do the outside chimney rebuild and tuck pointing of the chimney, and Mr. Gomez returned on 12/21 to install the new damper and smoke chamber. I am very satisfied with work done and our communications with the office staff.

Arrived the day before because the weather might have made them miss the appointment. Came a little late because the previous job was bigger than the customer had indicated. I was the last job of the day. The men worked quickly, efficiently, and left no mess. Our chimney was VERY dirty and they managed to keep all of the dirt contained. The house was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived.

It was good. I contracted with them later. I think I paid $100 for the service. They were prompt. They came when they said they were gonna come and they seem to do good work.

I used coupon at Angie's List, however it only covered one of our chimney's. I used the service primarily for an inspection due to some issues with our chimney. The determined both chimneys needed new liners and provided an estimate. The estimate was quite pricey over $4K. Will probably invest in a second opinion.

Excellent customer service. I got various coordinating calls and messages to ensure scheduling was optimal for me, and on the day of installation, the guys came 30 minutes early which was really nice too. They told me exactly what they where going to do, we neat, courteous, and very willing to answer questions. They made several recommendations, explained the current status of my chimney, and we wrapped up and out the door in about 40 minutes. Used my fireplace that night and it burned beautifully. Also got the flue capped for better protection against pests and chimney swifts- price was great and included installation. I have already recommended this company to a friend and once to a family member. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Service providers arrived on time and performed the cleaning quickly and professionally. We had no difficulty scheduling the work. They also cleaned up very well afterward.

The crew of two came and cleaned the chimney as expected and made sure to cover any furniture near the work area. One of the men also climbed a ladder to inspect the top of the chimney and found some issues which he proposed to fix. The final estimate came out to be over $1800 which I believe was a little high for non urgent repairs.

They were certainly quick - don't know if they actually did an inspection or not. I had a thorough inspection and sweep done the previous year by another company (as well as some work done), so I wasn't particularly worried about it.

They inspected my chimney and wrote up a report which I needed for my condo board. The report wasn't as detailed as a prior inspection which is why I rated it B for quality. Otherwise, they were prompt, courteous and behaved in a professional manner. They came when they said they would.

Sweeping was scheduled for within two weeks of when I called them. They can only give the time window 24 hours beforehand so I had to plan to work from home on the day it was scheduled. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I found out that I needed to be away from the house in the morning, and they obliged me with an afternoon appointment. The sweepers showed up within the time window provided. They were courteous and professional, and seemed to do a pretty thorough job. They also provided me with an estimate for preventative repairs I could make to the top of my chimney in the future due to wear and tear. I was also very pleased that they honored a $99 special I had seen on Angie's List, even though the offer had expired by the time I called.
