Everything went smoothly. They were very careful not to get soot or dust on anything. They worked quickly but thoroughly.

In spite of the fact that they did no work for me, outside of inspecting my chimneys, I was pleased with their attention to the peculiarities of my house and felt they were very knowledgeable.

Arrived one hour early (not necessarily a good thing). Took 10 minutes to complete the job. Tried to sell over $1000 of additional work. Hard to trust someone who only looked at your chimney for 10 minutes.

They arrived on time, worked to schedule, let me know the painting needed to wait for the mortar to set and dry, and returned as announced to finish painting the chimney. I am exceedingly pleased with everthing about this job.

They (two technicians) were scheduled to arrive at 10 a,m, but arrived about five minutes early which, of course, was good. They finished, handed me the paperwork, told me about more work I need to have done to the chimney and firebox (totaling additional $590) that their company can do and, when I told them I'd think about it, they left. By then it was10:20 a.m. That, of course, was not so good. It felt like it was done too quickly for them to have done a good job. Also, it felt like they were just there to drum up more business. There is another chimney sweep company that we usually use and I wish I had used them this time instead of going for the Angie's List "deal."

I knew the 62 year old chimney needed tuckpointing, flashing reparis, a new cement crown as well as a new ss liner. They gave me a quote for the services and didn't try to sell me anything un-necessary. I'm an Architect and do building inspections, so I know what to look for. They did a very good job, Showed up when promised and completed when promised. They called to arrange everything, very professional. I would contract with them again and found them through Angies List.

They were very thorough and quick. They're respectful and I like them. I will be calling them back again. Their punctuality was a little bit lacking.

They did come on time and did 1/2 of the work the first day. They had to come back to do the waterproofing and that was delayed a couple of days due to rain. They discounted their originally quoted price but then would not accept the Angie's list coupon. I wasn't completely satisfied that I got the best price for this work.

They covered up my furniture and all of the workers were very polite.They also were prompt.

The gentleman was very friendly and professional. I purchased the chimney inspection and sweep but ended up not needing to have it done. We purchased our home in October of 2013 and just wanted to make sure everything looked good and was in good order. Even though they were here for less than 15 minutes I was glad to have a professional tell us everything looked good and we could use our fireplace safely.

They arrived on time, performed the service as advertised, and were very professional. They even did a little extra job on the higest part of the roof so I didn't have to borrow a ladder and do it myself. Great company and great group of guys.

It went very well. I was supposed to see about 4 contractors and everyone was running late except for him, he was right time.

the service was great. they arrived on time. They called before they came to say they were on their way. All work was completed when they said it would be. Workers cleaned up after themselves and left the place looking clean and neat.

On time, polite, efficient, and professional. We have now found our company for handling our fireplace needs.

It went good. I contacted them they came out did an estimate. I called them back to set up an installation date. They came out and installed the Chimney Chase Cover. I was able to set up a payment plan.

They went right to work, first laying a blanket in front of the fireplace. They cleaned the chimney together and while one man finished cleaning (sorry don't remember his name), Howard inspected the roof. He told me the roof was soft in one area and I should look into replacing the roof immediately, but the chimney area was in good shape. I didn't know about the roof issue, so now I can l take care of it.

They did do a good job with the service. I should have asked more questions but they did a good job. They were very responsive about scheduling and they were pleasant to work with. The clean-up was excellent.

They were clean, timely, reasonably priced, and very friendly. My only (very minor) complaint is they utilize an odd scheduling system, by which you get to schedule for a specific a date, but they don't schedule a time until 4:00 p.m. the day before. I suppose waiting a little bit could allow them to be far more precise with their scheduling, though.

That all went well. They were prompt and professional. It was a good experience all around. Two employees came out and it took them about an hour. Their clean up was excellent and they put out some blankets; the house as clean as it was before they arrived.

The inspection and sweep went well. They arrived early so went up on the roof to inspect the exterior first. They covered all services around the fireplace while they cleaned it and wore booties within my home. They took a picture on my roof that it would have been nice to have received to help understand their recommendations. A call to say they were going to be early would have been appreciated; I had work in the AM and the afternoon (their window) wide open. I was on a call when they arrived! The guys were friendly and knowledgable.

It went extremely well. They were very clean and respectful -- wearing shoe cover-ups (booties) in the house, etc. They identified some flue damage, and were honest about their opinion AND their personal limitations and made a call right on the spot to have another person from the company come and give me an estimate for additional work that needed to be done. The additional professional was great about scheduling, following up, being on time, and providing a written estimate in a timely fashion. The estimate for the work was a lot of money ($6,000), but may need to be done (I have not done it yet). I was concerned that the estimate was for more than HAD to be done, reflecting more of what would be done to do make it all perfect. As I am planning on selling the home, I may look for more functional and less expensive fixes. But I would definitely use them again, and plan to this summer to get my mother's chimney cleaned and inspected.

I would use them again in the future.
