Continual and clear communication define Adonis moving and this communication made for a smooth recent move. James was engaging and approachable offering a fair bid for our project, communicating the strength of his colleagues and ensuring I was comfortable with their services before moving day. Roger, our move foreman led an effective team with Danny and Augusto, all of whom were friendly and highly effective. They completed the move in 3/4 of the allocated time and James helped make sure we were content with the move. Adonis is first rate. They were the lowest bid of four companies I asked for bids and they were great with follow through. They handled everything with patience and professionalism. I was picking furniture up from two different places and had to schedule pickups close in times. Rodger and his team were there and even helped me when I got lost in DC trying to get to the place to pay for the furniture. They moved quickly and got everything packed and transported. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Offered the best rate out 4 companies I quoted throughout the area. Day of, Roger, Danny, and Gusto were super communicative and made the move extremely easy and smooth. James Martin was professional and made sure our move went great. The movers came and wrapped up all my delicate items and secured them in the truck before moving. I was replacing the wall to wall carpeting in two floors of my house with waterproof hardwood. I did the project in two phases where the furniture for each floor was moved into an on-site storage unit. Adonis Moving moved the furniture for each phase, which involved three separate moves, and they were wonderful! James, their sales manager, coordinated all the moving dates and times with me, and was very patient and accommodating of my complex schedule involving multiple contractors. The moving crews were excellent, they stayed in communication so I would know when to expect their arrival, and they took great care with my furniture and boxes. I couldn't be more pleased with Adonis Moving and Storage and I highly recommend them!

The work done was OUTSTANDING! The team (Jeff, Augusto and Daniel) arrived promptly and started work immediately. They were courteous. professional and thorough. I feel that they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked. No scratches and no damages! The furniture was reassembled and placed exactly where I wanted. They cleaned up behind themselves, vacuuming and straightening up. I just can’t say enough about how great this company is, I also must mention how much of a pleasure it was to work with James, the Sales Manager, who stayed in touch with me to keep me up to date. He also represented the company very well with his professionalism and care. Great customer service. I would definitely work with Adonis Moving & Storage again and would recommend their services. I also have to mention that the cost of the service was truly affordable.

Adonis Moving was great. I initially went with them because they were the most economical option, but their service was incredible. I first spoke with James who handles their booking and overall logistics (and I am sure several other things). He contacted me very quickly and we walked through my needs, which were to move out of a house and a storage unit and into a new house. He was very thorough and covered every detail I could think of (and that I didn't think of). My move consisted of moving from a house and a separate storage unit to a new house. James offered me a big truck with 4 movers for my move and was very quick to respond to my questions leading up to the move. Cut to the moving day: the truck we were scheduled to use had an issue, so they ended up providing me two smaller trucks (which likely had a greater combined volume than the scheduled truck) and 6 movers for the same price that we previously agreed to. Roger was the lead mover, and he and the other guys were very careful in disassembling, wrapping, moving, and reassembling my furniture. They were also VERY fast. So fast in fact that they finished an hour ahead of schedule, which ended up even cheaper for me. I cannot recommend them enough, and I would gladly use them again in the future.

My experience is not great, I requested that the movers wear mask, they wore mask at the beginning but removed it during the move. There was one item broken during the move. I was told they would reassemble everything but after that there were items that still wrapped, there were boxes that are left. The main person that I spoke to made it sound that I was to blame for the employees not wearing mask. He did not give proper instruction to the movers.

ONE WORD...AMAZING!!! I felt that I was watching the Flash and 3 of his clones in action, the 4 member team a whirlwind of SUPERSPEED. Thank you Captain Alex, Augusto, Luis and Victor...you guys are AWESOME. In addition, they took the utmost care with each and every item, not a nick or scratch on either the furniture or my walls/doorways. A heartfelt appreciation for James as well, who guided me through the setup and details before and after the move...he treated me like a superstar. I MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, RATHER YOU WILL STAND IN AWE AND WATCH YOUR MOVE RACE ALONG AT LIGHTNING SPEED.

From the start of the process everything was amazing. James was phenomenally energetic and he could not wait to help me. I searched high and low to try to find someone to move my commercial refrigerator for a decent price. James quoted me at a price well below market rate and he was also willing to do the service on such short notice. Phenomenal customer service

My 1st communication with Adonis moving was through their bid; James, the manager, was the 1st among several companies to contact me; he sent a personalized email and followed up with several phone calls. Their bid was outrageously low compared to the others. In scheduling the job I felt that Adonis was more concerned about the services I needed than making money. The Forman, Roger, arrived on time with his crew; they were cleanly dressed, and spoke English well. They were organized, worked efficiently, and used care with my items. I would give this company 10 stars if I could!

On the day of the move, the team that came out went above and beyond to make sure my things were wrapped and taken care of. They had to navigate some narrow halls and doorways thanks to the historic rowhome I lived in. When we arrived at my new address, the team worked quickly to get everything unloaded and reassembled. The workers were incredibly kind, courteous, and asked for directions to make sure things were moved and assembled the way I wanted. I highly recommend Adonis for your move!
