+ -1 moreLee assisted in rehabing a house with severe cosmetic issues. He was prompt and hardworking. If he wasn't so good at troubleshooting, I believe that this project would have been far more expensive. After the work was completed, the house looked great; we received multiple offers within a week of putting the house on the market.
Description of Work: Installation of a screen door, replacement of external rotten wood beam, installation of a mailbox, installation of a dishwasher, clothes washer and clothes dryer, repaired cement walkways, installed front porch/garage front lights, removed a nonfunctional lamp post, repaired and painted holes in walls, touched up garage paint, inspected electrical system and pinpointed a problem later fixed by an electrician, minor repairs to attic/soffit
