Extremely Poor Customer Service Called for repair on microwave oven Diagnostic cost $120 I was told part would be ordered & repair appt. would be scheduled as soon as part was in hand Return visit would cost an additional $65 + $47 for parts Parts pickups were scheduled for Tuesdays & Thursdays Following week calls were placed repeatedly without a return call 2 weeks later I was told "I must give my credit card # to purchase part so it could be ordered" Credit card # was not given Following week I was told by another office personnel that the part was ordered and I would be scheduled as soon as part was in hand I asked for Owner to please call me As of yet I have not received a return call from anyone ! I found the part & replaced it myself Total cost of repair $20 Total time to repair 1 hr. Best advice "Do not use this company"

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MORE THAN FIFTEEN YEARS AND I WILL CONTINUE USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. I LIKE THE CARE THEY GIVE MY CAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
