We LOVE our new kitchen! It completely changed the whole feel of our house for the better. JJ and his crew did such a fantastic job. We wanted a wall torn down for a more open kitchen concept and it looks stunning! They got us a fantastic price on new cabinets which are a really great quality. New recessed lighting, tile flooring, granite counters. We absolutely recommend them to others looking for a new kitchen!

First, I need to apologize for the tardy review. I thought I'd submitted one already and only realized I hadn't when I went back to Angie's list to contact them for some more work. JJ and his team were professional, very courteous and efficient. They kept me informed on their progress and stayed on time and to budget. Everything went so much smoother than we expected of a contractor. They didn't try to sell us a bunch of services we didn't need or want, they communicated with us very well the entire time and included us in everything that was going on. We very much felt like they were our partners and took great care of our home. We could tell they really cared, they weren't just trying to make a quick buck. The work is excellent quality and our new master bath is just to die for. We couldn't be happier!

JJ and Kelsey were a pleasure to work with. They designed my master bathroom and showed me digital photographs of what it would look like once finished before we began. JJ did a phenomenal job with our kitchen and bath remodel. We had an older, outdated kitchen and he really brought it back to life at a great price without compromising quality. We originally only wanted the kitchen redone, but when we saw how amazing it turned out we decided to have him do our master bathroom as well. Will be using them again when we decide to finish our basement.

A pipe burst in our master bathroom while we were on vacation and caused a great deal of damage. Our insurance company recommended Signature Contracting to do the remediation / repairs and we couldn't be happier with them. From start to finish they were very professional and easy to work with. They brought material samples to me so I didn't have to shop around myself, they price shopped for materials to make sure we got the best price. Our home was damaged in a kitchen fire which ruined parts of our kitchen, hallway, garage (attached to kitchen) and some exterior siding. JJ restored everything even better than it was before the fire. I'm so glad we found them to do the work for us and would recommend them to others.

Our master bathroom experienced a flood which caused mold and a great deal of damage. Luckily the insurance company covered it and they recommended Signature Contracting to do the tear out / repairs. JJ was very helpful and professional from the very beginning. He brought over material samples so that I didn't have to go out shopping around, he provided me with various different materials prices from local suppliers to make sure I got the best price available on my materials. He was very honest with any problems or opinions of his on the work which I appreciated because most contractors try to create problems so they can charge you for additional work. JJ did not do that, he was fair and reasonable. The quality of the work is outstanding, I can't find a single thing to complain about. What started out as a nightmare (the flood) turned into a wonderful experience thanks to Kelsey and JJ who really held my hand so to speak through this process. I would definitely recommend them to other homeowners and thank my insurance agent for recommending them to me.

We are thrilled with the results of our new kitchen from Signature Contracting. JJ did an excellent job in both quality and professionalism. He was very honest and did not try to "sell" me on anything....if something wasn't a good idea in his mind he would tell me. I would trust them completely with any future remodeling projects. The cabinets, flooring, plumbing, drywall, painting, granite, everything is all top quality for a very reasonable price. We were lucky to find them!

Hired JJ to remodel our kitchen and finish our basement. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for remodel work. The quality is impeccable which is has been a challenge for us to find a contractor who does quality work. Everyone claims to do quality but JJ really delivered on that promise. Everything he promised he delivered from the timing of the project to the price estimate of the materials. I was nervous having such a big project done to my home but they cleaned up after themselves every day, covered my furniture with plastic sheets so nothing was affected or damaged by the work, they wore covers on their shoes to not mess up my floors, they were respectful of my family and things like that go a long way with me. I will definitely be using them again.

We hired this contractor to do some minor drywall repairs and paint. They took a day longer than we discussed and did a horrific job with the drywall repair and painting. The drywall was bumpy and the tape lines were clear as day on the drywall repairs after painted. When they painted, they cut in the wall/ceilings and barely covered the previous coat of paint. You could clearly see where the walls were cut in on almost every wall. Their rollers were either dirty or old because they left little pieces of (I don't know what) all over all of my walls and ceilings in the paint. They installed ceramic tile above my shower and the spacing was uneven and terribly crooked. I brought a lot of these items to JJ (the owner's) attention and he made excuses for everything I pointed out. I told him the cut in at the ceiling/walls did not look professional and crooked and he stated "well, you're going to have highs & lows". I talked with him about the tile and that it was not even and he told me "you're going to have different spacing, none of it is the same". There was a little grout between some tiles and a lot of grout between others. When we contacted them to tell them how dissatisfied we were, they told us they would come back out & make the repairs. I have NO desire for them to ever come back. Every time I discussed something I was not happy about regarding their work while they were in my home working, JJ made excuses for it and did not offer to fix it. We paid them in full and upon final inspection of their work we requested 1/2 of our money back because we are now repainting everything ourselves, using more paint and having to hire another contractor to come out and repair their drywall mistakes. To date, they have refused to refund us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT JOB DONE PROPERLY.

Tear out of most of my old kitchen and re-model / update a new one. New cabinets and granite counter tops, new tile flooring, added a couple extra wall outlets where I had always hoped some would be. Took down the ugly old wallpaper that was there when we bought the home and painted. Installed a beautiful crown molding and baseboard. New plumbing fixtures and installed my new appliances for me. Very happy with the work in both quality and price. Would recommend Signature Contracting to others looking for remodel contractors in Southern Maryland.

They did just about everything! Just bought a fixer-upper that needed a lot of work. Hired Signature Contracting to tear down the ugly old siding and install new hardy board. The roof was missing shingles and looked awful so they installed a new roof as well as power washed the garage doors to make them looking new again. On the inside, they remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as the master bath. Tile showers that look beautiful and very professionally done. New counters / cabinets because the ones that came with the home looked like the original ones from when the house was built. New bathroom fixtures, recessed lighting installed and a lighted vent above my shower, installed a large closet in my master bath which I am very pleased with. They really did a great job and there's not much they didn't do to this house. It looks amazing now and we are so pleased that we chose them as our contractor.

Some shingles had flown off my roof in a storm, my insurance company covered the cost of a new roof to replace the damaged one and they recommended Signature Contracting, LLC as one of their trusted contractors in the Southern MD area. They did a great job replacing my roof and working with the insurance company so I didn't have to. While they were here, I hired them to power wash my house and repair my deck. Very happy with their work and quality.

Very pleased with the quality and price of work. I've always wanted a deck off my kitchen and JJ built exactly what I told him I wanted. Power washed the house and painted inside. Feels like a brand new home I couldn't be happier
