Signature Contracting built a deck off the back of my house, finished my basement, and power washed the outside. JJ was very professional and easy to work with. The quality of the deck and finished basement is excellent, would definitely recommend them to others.

Roof was damaged in a storm, called my homeowners insurance company and they recommended Signature Contracting to come out and take a look at it. My insurance company worked directly with Signature Contracting for payment / paperwork and got the whole roof replaced very fast with no effort on my part. Would definitely recommend them.

Just bought a house, the deck was falling apart so we hired Signature Contracting to rebuild it and it turned out fantastic. The carpet in the house was also filthy and needed replacing so they tore it up for us and installed a beautiful oak wood flooring. We are very happy with it. Some siding was damaged during a storm so they replaced it exactly how it should be, everything looks great. We are now very happy in our new home.

Wanted a new deck with summer around the corner. JJ and his crew did an excellent job, better than I expected. Also wanted hardwood flooring in my house (was laminate before) and they did an excellent job with that as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Our kitchen was damaged in a fire, found Signature Contracting and hired them because they had restoration experience with fires and floods. Couldn't be happier with the results. They were very easy to work with, they listened to my needs / concerns, helped me to understand the process so I knew what to expect every step of the way. It's been a few months now and I'm still very happy with the quality. Plumbing, electric, cabinets, flooring, everything all still looking and working great.

Bought a house with an unfinished basement and wanted it finished. Signature Contracting did an excellent job! Insulation, drywall, hardwood floors (carpet in some areas), beautiful tile shower with glass doors, paint, elegant crown molding, you name it they did it all. With summer around the corner, I wanted to spruce up my outdoor areas. JJ built me a new patio, refinished my screened in porch (it was very old and falling apart), replaced / repaired some siding that was rotting as well as the wood behind it, painted my wrap around porch, and planted some beautiful bushes. It looks great and I can't wait for the nicer weather so I can go outside to enjoy it!

Hired Signature Contracting to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. I wasn't really sure what I wanted, just that I wanted them updated and newer. JJ was so helpful with assisting me in the design of both rooms and what made sense. He showed me several options of all price ranges to make sure I knew what I was getting and would be happy with it. He really understood that I'm the one who has to live with the remodel so my happiness in all of the choices was important. He showed me cabinet samples, paint samples, explained the differences in flooring options to me (who knew there were so many) and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted. Together, we designed my dream bathroom and kitchen. I couldn't be happier with it everything turned out even better than I had expected. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family looking to do home improvement projects as well.

I can't even put into words how happy I am with my kitchen and bathroom. I would and have recommended JJ for any work you need done in your home. He respected my home like it was his.
Description of Work: I just bought my first house. And It needed a lot of work done to it. I just had my second child and my husband worked full time. So after asking around. We found Sigutare contracting to remodel my kitchen and my bathroom, before getting started JJ came to my house with a bunch of samples and showed me all my options he really listen to what I wanted and needed. He showed up every morning ready to work. He was very professional and every day he cleaned up any mess he had made. He started on my bathroom first and was done with in a few days! Paint floor and everything. It's better than I piture it to be. He is one hard worker. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Next he did my kitchen. When he started there was only a sink and stove. Now I have the kitchen of my dreams! He took all my cabnites and painted by hand to make them look antique. There so beautiful and one of a kind. It's been a few months now and I've had no problems with any of the work done.

I hired Signature Contracting, LLC to remediate and rebuild my kitchen which had flood damage. I was very impressed with them from the beginning. JJ brought me paint samples to try out when I couldn't decide what I wanted and was very patient and understanding during this difficult time for our family. They worked 7 days per week to get the job done quickly for us so that my family could get back to normal in our home. They always arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. JJ explained everything to me every step of the way so I knew what was going on and why. We felt so comfortable with them that we left them there alone several days while my wife and I went to work. They even let our dogs our for us periodically throughout the day and replenished their water for us. The work was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We will definitely be hiring them again for our future remodel needs.

JJ and his crew completely remodeled my kitchen, installed new cabinets, counters, sink, dishwasher, tile flooring, and backsplash. They did an excellent job and were very timely. Will be hiring them again in the spring to remodel my bathroom and build a fence enclosing my backyard. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were always on time.
