I used Patriot Home Improvements. They were here in January of 2016. I think it was around $5,000. I would grade them an A absolutely, I've used them many times.

Working with Jim Christopher of Patriot Home Improvement was an excellent experience. He gave us a written estimate and explained simply and clearly what he would be doing and what materials would be used. He also gave us time to think it over and consider his estimate. This was in sharp contrast to another company that came to give my wife and I an hour long, high pressure sales pitch at the end of which they refused to write down the estimate or give us time to consider it. Jim's crew arrived on time (actually a bit early) and completed the job in a timely fashion. The bill for the completed work matched the estimate.

Jim, from Patriot homes, replied to my message right away. We had a home (in-laws) that we needed to sell. It needed a new roof and gutters. We wanted a good product but we didn't need to spend too much money. Jim understood that we wanted new buyers to be safe from roof repairs but we didn't feel the need to put more into it that we could get out of. Jim delivered samples and before we new it, a new (beautiful) roof was on the house. His team did a through job and cleaned the area of all debris. We thought that the price was very fair and the work was exceptional. Note: I used Angie's list to locate Jim's information but I asked my local friends on Facebook who they would choose to do their roofs. Patriot was listed more than any other name for great quality and price. AND people genuinely like Jim Christopher. When our roof needs replacing, I'll call Jim!

Very professional. Timely. Neat and clean. We are very happy with their work. We just received a proposal for a new roof and possibly renovation of our kitchen.

Jim Christopher came in to look over what I wanted done, told me the possibilities of achieving those aims and gave me a good quote which was well within my budget.Even though he had several others jobs going on at the same time, he was able to fit us in, and twice called me up to see if they could come in early and get some work done. The job itself went extremely well, Jim gave us the details of when they could start and finish (before the Christmas Holidays) and he was right on the dime. His staff came in and within the week, the wall was down, beam was up and drywall was installed and primed. My daughter and granddaughter (7 months old) were visiting from Florida, and the crew never were too loud or conditions too dusty for my girl to nap. They cleaned up all debris every day before they left and ensured all everything was well covered. The wall removal opened up the space in our rancher and has given the opportunity for more natural light and freedom of movement between the kitchen dining and living spaces. I initially thought of just a pass through bar, but when given the possibility of complete wall removal we were on it! This company is top-notch, I will be using them again in the future. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
