Contractor did initial excavation work that included digging up driveway and regrading to correct drainage to carry water away from house foundation. In addition they regraded backyard to redirect water run-off away from septic system. First phase of the job went well, but they failed to coordinate the work with their paving subcontractor so we had to wait 8 weeks from the time the drive way was dug up until the time it was repaved. When we asked for status on completing the job they were not helpful or friendly and only referrred us to their subcontractor to coordinate directly. The subcontractor told us that the general contractor did not inform them in a timely manner when the first phase would be complete which led to the significant delays. Finally, when we were presented with the final bill is was about $1100 higher then the contract we signed. When I called to ask for an explanation the owner was very upset that I would even ask him to account for the difference. We did agree to a couple minor additions during the job but that would only account for a small portion of the increase. Although I have no complaints about the quality of the work and the friendliness of the people performing the work, the company is very poorly run, disorganized and unhelpful to their customers.

They did the work within a few days of signing the estimate. The work was done extremely well in addition to being extremely fast. And they did a good job communicating with me throughout the process.

The quality of the work was great.

The experience went very well. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
