Description of Work: Plumber came and thought we had a septic tank problem. We called on a Friday afternoon and Lee's said they would send someone on Saturday morning. Service man arrived on time and got straight to work. Turns out the plumber didn't do what he could have done and we had no septic tank problem. But since we have lived in our house for 3 1/2 years we opted to have the tank cleaned, etc. The company went above and beyond and unclogged the pipes that the plumber should have unclogged. He didn't have the tools because it was the plumber's job but the service man really went the extra mile to help us in a bind since our toilet and sinks were overflowing. Will use them again when we have our septic tank maintained again.

+ -1 moreOur septic tank had not been cleaned or serviced for as long as we've lived in this house (more than 20 years). We called Lee's, and he came out very quickly. We thought we knew where the tank was, but it turned out that was completely wrong. He went down to the county offices and got the drawings to show the location. Then he came out and located the tank, dug up the access point, and completely services the tank. He then finished everything off by closing the hole back up. Everything was done neatly and carefully, and he made sure we understood what was happening all along the way. We'll definitely call him again the next time we need this (and sooner than 20 years!)

Description of Work: I found the lady at Lees to be very nice and helpful but they didn't do the kind of work I needed. She did refer me to a company she knows that DOES the service and after leaving two message with no call back I just gave up. I will keep their number in case I need them in the future.

Description of Work: Holes were forming in my yard after drain fields were installed and the original installer never responded to my request for assistance. Phil informed me that my septic tank was collapsing and referred to a contact that could further assist me. As a result, I am hooking up with WSSC and will not require septic services in the future. If I did, I would definitely contact Lee's Septic.

+ -1 moreWe had a backup in our septic system that we noticed Saturday morning. After calling several companies and getting no return call, we found Lee's. We called the office number and were directed to a cell phone number for emergencies. Within minutes We were talking to the owner and he took our information and said he would send a man out the next day (Sunday). At 8 AM Sunday we received a call from and quot;Chrisand quot; saying he was on his way. He located the cleanout, removed the layer of dirt on top and had our septic tank pumped out and working in no-time. Great service
