It was very good. They were very prompt, very responsive and aced everything. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I called them and told them that our septic was starting to back up into the house, and my previous experience with this problem was that I had a clog in the line leading from the house to the tank, close to where the pipe dropped into the tank. They came out and pumped the tank, but refused to try to unclog the line, and did not tell us in advance that they would not try to unclog the line. Our prior experience with other septic companies was that they tried hard to unclog it to do the job right. This company didn't even try, even with a PVC pipe sitting right there that would have done the job easily and quickly. They pumped the tank and then left the premises before they called me (I was out of town) and told me that I needed to get a plumber out there to unclog the line. They hadn't even tried. I then called my tenant who lives there to go out and try to unclog the line (that is not his responsibility). The worker had already put the lid back on the tank, so my tenant had to remove the cap, and was then able to get the pipe unclogged with only three hits with the PVC pipe. The problem then was that all of the water than had backed up into the pipes was now draining into the tank, so the pump job that was done was now incomplete, and the tank now had more water having drained from the pipes. We called the main office to tell them we were disappointed in the worker's lack of caring, and she defended her worker, telling us that they simply only pump, and make no attempt at any other remedy. We have used other companies that did, and we will go back to them.
