 + 0 moreThey did a good job with the carpeting. The hardwood floor was another story. They left lots of grit in the floor from roughing it up, and the final job accentuated the scratches that were in the floor - a complication that they did not mention before beginning the job. When we brought them back, we got a litany of "its not our fault - you should have had the floor completely refinished," (as if that would have kept them from leaving grit embedded in the polyurethane.

 + -1 moreThey have been really good. They put down a floor and I had trouble with the refrigerator leaking. The water made the tiles comes up. I told them that I had a new refrigerator coming and they said they would send someone out right away. They came out the next day and didn't even charge me even though the work was done two years prior. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have used Floor System INC. I have had them out three times. They have done kitchen work, hardwood installation, and repairs.
