It was great working with Alan, our house needed a lot of work and he showed so much flexibility with us as we had to move a lot of furniture around during the project and took his time make sure things were done properly. Nightmare is the best word to describe it. We had to fire him and hire other painters to finish or redo some of his work. If you don’t want to deal with a sloppy painter (Alan), if you don’t want to constantly check his work and be with him all the time to make sure he does what you ask for, don’t hire him. Execution of his work is very mediocre.
