+ -1 moreAfter several calls and relaying our request for service to the office manager, Kelly Winslow,we could not get her to call back with appt. After waiting days, we called back and she hung up on us and line became busy for several hours. We tried unsuccessfully for days to connect with office and each time we called, the line was either busy or went to voicemail. Several times, we left messages requesting service and we were never called back. We had used this company years earlier for installation of a well and water filter and that is why we had attempted to reach them so many times. Since we couldn't get them to respond, we called another company for service and found out that the work Winslow had done years earlier was part of the problem. Very unprofessional company. Will never recommend to anyone. Beware consumers....
Description of Work: Well check and certification. Possibly a new filter.

Description of Work: Our well pump failed late on a Sunday afternoon so we were out of water. The pump was about 15 years old so it was due to fail. We left a message on Winslow's answering machine and they called us back early the next morning. They were able to send a crew out mid-morning that same day. The job took a few hours longer than they had planned because the sheathing was different than what they were expecting and needed to bring in a special piece of equipment, which was in use on another job, to pull up the pipe. Had to wait a few hours for the equipment to arrive but once it did they were able to finish by mid-afternoon and we had our water supply back in less than 24 hours after losing it. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to come out. We were very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of the crew. Would definitely use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreMonday the drilling crew came and set up the drilling rig.Next day they drilled the well.Well was 415 ft. deep.Wed. the installer came and installed the pump, trenched in the new lines, installed the storage/pressure tank and connected it to the house water system.I have more than 3 times the water flow now. Very pleased with the overall result.Everyone was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: New well drilled and hooked up to household water supply.

+ -1 moreCalled in the late morning to see if I could get them to look at my water pump. Informed there crew was out on call, but they might be able to look at it later in the afternoon. Was promptly called that afternoon and informed that they where still out on the first call, but they would call me back around 2pm. Called at 2pm and informed that the crew could take a look at my pump at 3pm. Crew arrived at my house promptly at 3pm. The technicians primed my water pump and troubleshot my system to a bad waterhose that had been left on. Found the technicians very knowledgable, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Winslow Pump and Well for any well or water pump problems.
