They were thorough and took their time. They made sure the AC system was working on all floors before leaving.

I called Simmons, they were out in a couple of days, leveled the units in under 30 minutes, and provided copies of all the maintenance visits for the past 12 months.

Excellent work! Jesse showed up on time and was willing to show me a few things about the system so I can be a little more knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly. He didn't have the part with him so he put a patch in place so my husband and I would have A/C for the weekend until he can come with the actual part. Follow up - Jesse texted me with updates on getting the part. Once he got the part, he showed up after hours to make the system right. I can't say enough about my dealings with this company. From the receptionist and her honesty to the professionalism of the onsite tech. Definitely going to use them for all my yearly servicing as well!

The service call was not outrageous, ( under $200 ), and we were very comfortable with knowledge and manners of the technician. We will use them again, especially when we finally replace the units. Thanks you, James!

Our geothermal system pump was busted and so Jerry from Simmons ordered us new parts, since we couldn't afford a new system, and took two days fixing it in the heat of summer. I was very impressed with the speed and hard work that Jerry did for us. We hadn't had air conditioning or heat for about a year until we found Jerry and Simmons on Angie's list. Will call Jerry from now on if we ever have a heating and cooling problem. I am very satisfied with the service.

Simmons has been working with us for more than five years, and they always do a good job. Furthermore, they have someone out shortly after we call, they show on time, and they're highly knowledgeable. They also keep everything clean while they work which we appreciate too.

Getting our generator back in working order required a thorough understanding of the equipment. The technician spent the needed time to eliminate all of the possible problems and ultimately repaired the generator.

They are excellent. They are probably one of the best and I've lived all over the country. The elderly couple that lived here before me used them, so I just carried on with them and they are great. They are responsible and honest. I've had other service providers that came out and tried to take me for a ride. For the yearly tune-up, they come out and clean the system, the air conditioner and heater and all that. It is like a contract. You buy that and they come out once a year and they will do that every year you pay that amount. And then if anything does go wrong, I get a 20% discount on any kind of service that is required. They have a habit of sending out the same guy and he has been there for years. He used to take care of the elderly couple that has been here before me for quite a few years. He showed me to work the system. You don't see that too often. They keep it on record when you call them up and they try to keep the same guy going to the same properties. They are familiar with the customer and they are familiar the property. It is a good way doing business. This guy doesn't show up at your door without the booties they put on their feet. They respect your home.

Called Simmons as local contractor based upon Angie's List ratings.....called Tuesday and received Wednesday 0800 appointment. Josh was prompt, completed the inspection, provided an explanation of the work with an estimate, and repaired the unit within 30 minutes. After an additional discussion with Josh that afternoon, we decided to replace the condenser motor. Josh returned promptly per the new appointment and performed the work in accordance with the estimate. Both jobs were less than we had paid in a previous year to a different contractor for the same work on our other unit. Simmons/Josh was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, cost effective, and courteous....highly recommend them....we were so impressed we signed up for a yearly (very reasonable) maintenance/service agreement for both of our units and received discounts for all the work performed.

Mr. Simmons was timely, and viewed all the necessary areas of our home. His visit was brief, and he promised a written estimate. We were not initially impressed, as Mr. Simmons did not bring any materials regarding the system they install, nor did he ask many questions or provide any information about the geothermal process in general. We received the written estimate about two weeks later. When Mr. Simmons called prior to sending his estimate, he discussed the system to be installed and work to be done in much greater detail, and made me feel comfortable that he was knowledgable about both geothermal installations in general, as well as the specific system he installs. He did additionally email me the materials regarding the brand of system they install. About two weeks later we requested a more detailed estimate, broken down into costs for the well-drilling, electrical work, system cost, etc. Mr. Simmons was very pleasant and receptive to this request, but two weeks later, I have not received that information. Their estimate was very competitive, and I feel comfortable that they are knowledgable about geothermal systems and installations. We did not personally choose them, but we feel they would have done a competent job at a reasonable price.

They have been great which is why I keep using them. They are very nice and competent in their work. If something goes wrong, they will come right out, you don't have to wait.

The work was performed as specified however I needed air filters that needed to be ordered. Currently, I have no idea when these filters will arrive and when I will be billed. Although I stated that I would use this company again, my ultimate determination will be made when I receive status on the filters and the performance of the spring A/C servicing.

The tech was on time, clean, wore the hospital booties that go over the shoes, answered all my questions and showed me how my unit operated (we just purchased the house). The unit is a heat pump and he tested the temps, cleaned the outdoor unit, tested some other stuff. Took about an hour. Probably would have been a shorter time if not for all my questions.
