He gives the minimum work required, and also touches on nice to haves or recommendations for future work. Even going as far as how to make this job save you money on future work. + -1 moreIt went extremely well. This was the final appointment to resolve the issue after first diagnosing it and deciding on the solution. Eugene was consultative throughout the process and extremely patient in making sure I understood what was going on to a level that I was comfortable. He was very flexible and considerate with his scheduling for me as well as responsive. He had my best interests in mind, understanding that if I could find a better solution with someone else, he was completely fine with it. He takes pride in his work and reputation, going out of his way to meet, if not surpass, my expectations.

His pricing is more than fair, his work is absolutely solid, and he knows his trade very well. I have already suggested him to everyone I could think of, and I will continue to do so. It is hard to find technicians you can trust... I am glad we found Eugene.
Description of Work: Eugene came out after our electrician isolated the issue with our AC being out was not an electrical problem, but rather one with our HVAC unit. He came out after his work was done that day and did some troubleshooting even though it was dark out and pretty late. He found the problem quickly and methodically and was able to explain everything to us. He worked with us over the next few days to find the best solution which ended up being an entirely new HVAC unit (the reason for the high cost of service). He came out a few days later even though we were forecasted to get hit with a tropical storm. He promised to get as much done as possible as long as conditions were safe. He worked in the rain until the storm broke and was able to get the entire unit installed in 1 day.
