My scheduled appointment kept getting moved, but I understood the reasons and didn't mind too much. When they were able to come to my house, they couldn't find the opening for the septic tank. (They had pumped out the tank several years ago with no problems. The man who came then found the opening before I could even get outside to say, "hello.") They dug up a good part of my lawn, ruining the grass, and said they would have to come back. A few empty gatorade bottles flew off the truck as they were leaving. My husband found the tank opening later and dug it out for them. They came back, pumped out the septic tank, and left much behind - two oil stains on my driveway, an iron rod and some other tool, and more empty gatorade bottles. My husband wrote them a letter and sent photos of the oil stains and said it was up to them whether or not to accept payment for services (since the workers had damaged our lawn and driveway and there were costs to repairing both). Never heard back from them. Will not use and can not recommend.

They are very dependable when you call. They were reccomended to me by a co-worker.
