Nelson was very responsive and informative when he visited us. He promised a lot during negotiations and his company completely delivered. He and his crew were very professional, experienced and hard working. Nelson owns all of his equipment and his employees are salaried. They always went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly and to make sure we were happy with the job. We would recommend Nelson to anybody for jobs big and small. He'll do the job right and provides great value and customer service.

Nelson came at 8:15 in the morning to look over the work, starting he would like to do the work that day due to a job cancellation which had left his crew idle. I went through a whole laundry list of tree work I needed done, and he agreed to do it all that day for a very good price, I signed a contract and his crew was at work within an hour. 8 hours later they were done, with all work performed as agreed upon. They even moved a shed for me with the crane and ground a few small stumps i had neglected to point out. His crew was top-notch - efficient, safe, and friendly. Clean up was excellent. I will not hestitate to use this firm again. Absolutely no bad experiences whatsover during the entire day. It's not often one can get work done on the same day at a price that can't be beat. This firm deserves your strong consideration for tree and brush work. You won't be disappointed.

Nelson's crew took down a monster tree in my neighbors yard over a two-day period. When I initially saw them I didn't have time to talk to them in person, but I called their number and quickly received a call back from a woman who had Romeo call me to schedule an estimate. He left a message because I had to leave for the day. The next morning when I saw they had a crane in my neighbors yard finishing off the tree, I called up Romeo's number and ended up meeting up with the owner, Nelson. He said because the crane was already there and they were finishing up, he could cut the trees and grind the stump for a reduced price today or schedule something in the future. We decided to go ahead with it that afternoon. They worked for about 3-4 hours and by 3:30 the were done. The crew was very professional, very efficient, and cleaned up nicely. The crane was in a tight spot in our side/backyard and they did an excellent job. Had the crane not been in the neighborhood, his prices were still very competitive as the other three estimates I got were higher, one was twice as high as Nelson's quote for a future date. UPDATE 7/23/12: Nelson and his crew are extremely responsive. They came back to take care of a few minor issues. We are very happy with their service, and everything turned out perfect. UPDATE 9/19/12: After removing some of the wood chips from the ground tree stumps we came across a couple of large roots and a portion of a stump. We called Nelson and they sent over Dimas, who worked on the initial project. Again, we received excellent service and will continue to recommend this company's services as they obviously care about their customers.
