My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and down to business. Totally impressed with the way he solved the problem and made sure that answered all of my questions. This company is very ethical and I would recommend them to anyone.

Original pump installed by them failed because spacers were not installed on the down pipe. Complex issue but they charged me for the repair claiming that the well had collapsed. A coupling was needed and that was not on the service truck. Made coupling from four pieces at the local hardware store. Another large charge. Pump failed two years later for same problem. This repair was done by L F Easterday, an outstanding firm. No failures since.

I thought the quality work was very good. They were on time. They diagnosed the problem quickly. I just love that they gave a nice service. I haven't experienced any problem. They go out of their way to get the parts needed for repairs.

The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable.

National Water Service installed a whole house carbon filtration system, water softener, and sediment filter right after our home was built. The water is fantastic (taste, smell, feel), and they have provided excellent service for maintenance over the past 20 years.

National water has done a great deal of work for us. When we bought our house in 2001 NWS installed our water purification system any water related needs. I highly recommend them & we will continue to use their services. My husband pays the bills so I'm not sure about the fees but they know what they're doing, professional, friendly & honest.

They were very professional and did the job clean. We are happy with the services they provide each year maintaining the system. David the owner of company is a busy guy, but he takes time return phone calls.

There are hundreds of ways to test well water. I asked for a basic test and was supplied such. What the company did not do was to alert me of all of the tests possible. But since I didn't ask (I didn't know what to ask for) the company provided the info I requested.

Was professional, prompt, as expected. Actual visit was probably almost 10 years ago but drop down menus would not allow that. But this reminds me it's time to replace the filters again.

Well pump shut down w/ reading of "No contact." Called Saturday night @ 9:00 PM. Owner responded (while in hot tub on vacation!) Technician arrived Sunday morning w/ 8-yr. old helper (son). 1 1/2 hours later shorted wires fixed, pump working fine. Premium labor time/charge but worth it. No problems since.

Fixed leak and refilled water neutralizer, checked remainder of water pipes.

did an excellent job. The workman were efficient all materials, trash, etc were cleaned up when finished. We have had them back for some plumbing and water pump issues as well and were completely satisfied

they change our water filters every year. They have installed a seltzer system for us, along with a constant pressure well pump. Everything works great. They always do a fantastic job.

The result was that the well seemed to be recovering nicely, and further troubleshooting pointed to a broken bladder in the water storage tank. This was a Sears tank, so I got a new bladder through Sears parts and fixed the problem. Angie's list website is lacking enough date range, the actual service was done November 2007, but I would still use them again.

You can count on them to honor all work performed and to respond to emergency calls 24/7. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The technician accomplished everything professionally and explained things to me. I was happy with his work.

David,the owner, gave me a price. He said it would not be more than $10,000 max. Of course with a well all things a variable based on depth of well. I asked repeatedly for a written quote but price is variable because of the unknown depth of well. I am skipping details because it has been over a year since this transpired. The well itself came in much cheaper than we even hoped for, the price of the job should have been less, yet National Water charged over $12,000. I contacted Consumer Protection and Better Business. But, because there was no written quote I was stuck. I just want to warn other people!

NWS initially came out and we went over the options. Noel was extremely honest about what we did, and more importantly, did not need. The work was performed on time. The only problem we ran in to was that we asked to have an outside hose bib connected to the softener with a bypass, so we can choose when to use softened and regular water. This was not done initially. When we called to ask about it, they immediately set up an appointment and fixed the mistake. The softener has been great, and we have not had any problems.
