Mark is a real genuine and professional person to work with. He really has a lot of integrity and I've never had any recurring problems with any work he's done over the years.

It was excellent. They came on time. There were no hitches at all.

I needed a new washer drain installed. Guy came out and looked at my house and told me he would get a quote to me that day or the following Monday at the latest. Over a month has passed (as I write this review) and I haven't heard a thing from this plumber - no e-mail, no phone call, no letter. No explanation as to why I did not receive the quote. This was a complete waste of time on my part. I wonder why he bothered coming to my house.

I think they did a really good job. They were there from start to finish. There was no lag time at all.

Took 2minutes to turn this off then spent over 45 minutes chatting, sent bill for over $200, would not discuss bill when called said it was for time

Replaced faucet but it leaked so had to return. Bill was not correct so had to call office to get amount checked. Thought cost of repair was high.

The plumbers where competent and fine. I think they did a good job. I was extremely frustrated with Jessica the office person. I never had a conversation with her that didn't leave me feeling mad -this was via e-mail for quotes and on the phone for follow up. She had lousy customer service and communication. When I dealt with Mark directly, everything was great. I'm going to try someone else next time because I don't want to deal with her again.
