The pro was late to respond to the request. He visited and spent no more than 15 min looking at hardwood project- in bedroom and hall closet/ removing carpet and sanding/staining hardwood floors underneath carpet. I didn’t see him taking measurements. He didn’t correctly note my email- and quote took over 1 week to get to me/ only after I followed up with John James. Not a prompt response.

Contractor delivered what he promised on time. Very satisfied with the result.

I Hired John James property after having major issues with my first contractor during my complete renovation of my garden apartment. Not only was he prompt in returning my initial call, but he came by within 24 hours to see what I needed done and start working on an estimate. I could probably have gotten a cheaper contractor but I know for sure, I could NOT have gotten a better contractor. You pay for what you get. From start to finish, he was ALWAYS available to assist me, no matter the time or day, with things that I did not understand about the process and to make sure we stayed on schedule. ALL of his workers were trustworthy, prompt and efficient. One of his contractors even agreed to assist me after the job was complete with some handyman issues. I am EXTREMELY happy with the final outcome and would HIGHLY recommend him and his company. Thank you John James properties for making this process for me, stress and worry free!!

I worked with John James Properties to remodel my son and daughter-in-law’s bathroom. I was doing this long distance and John James Properties made a difficult situation easy. Never heard back from him for the estimate

I am not sure why I still have not received a cost estimate. The meeting and customer service on project details went fine, but I have had any follow up

John and his crew did an excellent job reinforcing my flooring with multiple joists, and laid beautiful hardwood flooring on my ground floor. His team Byron and Arturo were professional and polite. This company is highly recommended.

John James was very professional and did a fantastic job in a timely manner.

I like the final product. There are a few details I wanted to be done better.
