+ -1 moreThey can articulate the language better and I just think that they can treat well the lawn. Even being able to say like I have bushes as well as hedges; I wish they could take care of that at a reasonable price that would be good, but I remember the last time that I did that they took three weeks for them to get back to me on just something basic like that.
Description of Work: I've used Hills & Blue Skies for mowing my lawn.

+ -1 moreNow that my dead bushes have been replaced, I would consider using this service again.
Description of Work: In May I submitted a negative report on this provider because I was not able to get a response to my phone calls as to how my problem with some bushes that were planted would be handled. I want to amend my report and say that the bushes have been replaced. The real problem is communication. I came home today to discover that the bushes had been replaced and two other bushes I was going to plant had been planted for me. However, no note or phone message was left, and when I called to thank Mr. Santos for what he did, his phone was out of service. I would like to change the D rating my negative report caused to at least a B rating. If this company was better at communication, I would give them an A.

+ -1 moreI had a spring clean-up done by this company; I had old bushes removed, some bushes trimmed, and garden beds mulched. This part of the service was fine, but I also had Mr. Santos pick up and plant some new bushes for me to replace the old ones he dug up. Four of the six bushes planted in my front yard have died. I have called three times and have still not heard from anyone. My second call, I spoke with someone in the office who thought he had come out to look at the bushes; I informed them that if he did, I was not notified. I am getting ready to place my fourth phone call, but felt that I had to counter the glowing review I previously gave to this company after using them last fall.

+ -1 moreMr.. Santos and one other man did the work. I was not home, but when I returned the bushes and all yard refuse had been removed. Cleanup after the other bushes were trimmed was also done. I decided to wait until spring to replace the bushes, and Mr. Santos will be coming back to advise me on what to plant and to do the work.
Description of Work: Had two very large bushes removed. All my bushes that could be trimmed in the fall were trimmed. Mr. Santos is coming back in the spring to trim the others. I am also going to have him do the spring cleanup and mulch.

Scheduled to do the work within 10 days after I accepted the estimate. Did a great job with no signs of their visit when I got home except for the clean gutters and siding.
Description of Work: Cleaning gutters on a two-story detached single-family home, and pressure washing aluminum siding.

+ -1 moreI called in response to a flyer left on the front door. I decided to give them a try. Prompt response to my initial phone call and quickly scheduled a visit for estimate. Very courteous, and estimate provided in about 24 hr. Was able to schedule the work within a week of first contact. They showed up as promised, and finished all work within 2 consecutive days.
Description of Work: Cleaning out all planting areas in the yard, edging between lawn and planting areas, trimming an out-of-control yew hedge, hauling off all debris, and then putting down new mulch in planting areas (about one truck load) on the second day.
