We had everything done. It completely needed to be done, that is electric, the walls put up, the flooring, the plumbing. Because I'm a cat groomer, so he had to do the kitty tubs. He had to move the washer and dryer. He closed off the furnace area. So it was a pretty involved job. He does everything, he does plumbing, he does siding. He is reasonable. He is very prompt. He is here at seven o'clock in the morning to get started and they work. I've never seen anything like it. They're the best contractors I've ever had. I've been very very pleased. They're doing our bathrooms right now. He is licensed and everything. They do kitchens, bathrooms, additions, decks, roofing, basements, windows. It's a very impressive company. He is just easy to talk to if you have a problem or you want to say, "I need to cut corners," not in an unprofessional way, but where can we cut to stay in budget or something like that, he tries to give you ideas. He doesn't try to gouge you in any way.

They get it done quick and do good work. I've actually had clients come out, see his work and want to hire him. Everything is perfect.

My front steps which is brick was damage. one brick had broken and I needed it to get fix prior to HOA inspection. I called Gunkel. He stated he would drive by and get back with me a quote. It did take some time for him to contact me back with the quote. I had to call him to get that information. He promptly set up a person to come out to fix it. The person did a great job. The price was reasonable.
