+ -1 moreWe've had one or two calls for him and we haven't seen him for 15 years. We haven't had to call him which is why we like him. The price seemed reasonable. He was very thorough and he was very helpful in recommending the appropriate system and one that has held up through the years. He wasn't the lowest person but I think it was a very competitive price. He was worth it. Two times we had to call him and he squeezed us in and has taken care of us.
Description of Work: Mark of Enviro-Tek Services replaced a heating and cooling system 15 years ago.

+ -1 moreI got 6 estimates and Mark's was the lowest. But I also chose his company because when he came to give me an estimate he made me feel very confident of his ability to do this complicated job. Enviro-Tek is a very small company and I felt comfortable leaving him a key and not staying around to supervise the work. It took two days, and when I came home the first evening and walked into the house I thought to myself, "there is no way someone has been in here working because it is so clean." But sure enough, there was my new furnace.
Description of Work: I had to relocate and replace my airhandler and replace the outdoor heat pump. It was very complicated because the old airhandler was located in the ceiling of my bathroom and had to be relocated into a closet. Also, Mark understood my hysteria at loosing part of the closet and was able to hang the airhandler on a wall so that I could use the space under it.
