Misdiagnosed the problem, took pump back to shop to repair. When reinstalled made problem worse. Was not able to resolve issue. Had to cancel service and go to third party for resolution.
Description of Work: Was supposed to fix leaking spa pump.

SINCE I HAD SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM NOT TO MAKE THIS A 2 TRIP VISIT, I WAS UPSET AND CALLED TO GET MY BILL REDUCED. AFTER A FEW CALLS, THEY FINALLY KNOCKED $55.00 OFF MY BILL. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND HAD NO TROUBLE, NOW AFTER THE HASSLE, I WOULD PROBABLY USE SOMEONE ELSE, IF I COULD FIND ANOTHER GOOD COMPANY.
Description of Work: MY SPA WAS HAVING PROBLEMS, SO I ASKED THEM TO HAVE THE PART READY TO INSTALL SO I WOULD ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE VISIT. THEY CAME OUT, RESET AND IT HEATED AND THEY LEFT. CHARGING ME $120 AND NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT AGAIN AND REPLACED THE FLOW PRESSURE SWITCH FOR ANOTHER $120 PLUS THE COTS OF THE SWITCH, $58.70.

THE HOT TUB IN OUR NEW HOME STOPPED WORKING. THE TEMPS OUTSIDE WERE FREEZING AT NIGHT. THEY HELPED ME LOCATE A HIDDEN RESET BUTTON OVER THE PHONE WHICH RESTARTED THE HEAT/FILTER AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM.
