 + -1 moreAlthough my original installation experience was great... the last 2 weeks were completely awful. I had 2 attic fans installed last year. They are supposed to have a warranty. However 2 weeks ago I contacted them that the fans were not working. I got an appointment for a Tuesday and then got a call a few hours before that their truck broke down and rescheduled for Saturday at noon. However on Saturday no one showed up and no phone call. I called their number at 1pm, 2:30pm and 4pm and left messages each time. No response. On Monday I called several times, and left several messages. Tuesday I called and left 2 messages - again no response. So I emailed them asking for a explanation - No response. Now we are at 2 weeks since they should have shown up. So, I gave up. I hired another electrician to come in and fix the simple issue. I had to pay someone to fix something under someone else's warranty - ridiculous!!!!! I have completely renovated my entire house and dealt with dozens of contractors. This has been the most unprofessional company I have dealt with.

 + -1 moreI am so very pleased. Dale showed up on time, completed the project in a reasonable amount of time and the rate paid was reasonable. I couldn't possibly have been happier with the results of the work.
Description of Work: Dale at Bayfront hung a Waterford chandelier in my dining room, relocated the existing chandelier of my dining room to my library and a Waterford flush mount light fixture in my family room.
