+ -1 moreThis is my first and the only time that I will be using Angie's List. I emailed/spoke with the proprietor of this business, Mr. Tim Smith. We scheduled to meet today, September 28. Mr. Smith stated he had some appointments this morning and asked if I would be home around 10 or 11 this morning. He was a NO SHOW and NO PHONE CALL. I am not impressed. Not sure how this business obtained A as the Grade. I can't understand why someone can not pick up the phone to call a customer. Thank you!
