We were headed off on a week vacation at the beginning of August, when we found a leak in our plumbing. We called Alan's Plumbing and he arrived in a couple hours and completed the repair that day. We got a late start to our travel up north but Alan's Plumbing Service saved our vacation! Price was reasonable, he was great to work with, and most importantly stayed on the job to get the right part in and installed as quickly as possible for us. We will use them again! Thank you!

Alan came just a couple of hours after I called the office! Even though we suspected which toilet had a leak, he took the time to check ALL 4 toilets, faucets, and outdoor faucets to find the leak. He also got the city to stop by to make sure it wasn't the underground pipes that were causing the leak. He gave us a quote and fixed the leak in no time. Always efficient, quick, excellent service. To top all thAt, he is a friendly, personable, great guy to chat with!

I have hired Alan 3 times now--he is a complete professional. My house is 100+ years old and he was able to make sense of its crazy unorthodox plumbing and explain options for solutions. Some tradesmen are scared by problem solving or anything out of the norm--not Alan. My last call was a minor emergency on a friday afternoon--he was there in 45 minutes and spent easily 2 hours troubleshooting the problem. In addition, Alan is friendly, on time, and tidy--as a contractor myself these are things I value highly!
