Sappari Solutions is a group of organizing and productivity experts that are positioned to transfer their skills in a positive way. Sappari Solutions provides several distinct types of services including on site and remote organizing and productivity coaching for residential and small business clients. The Company matches the needs of the client and the client’s personality to the strengths of the organizer. We provide a 1 hour initial consultation for $175. This cost includes the 1 hour consultation, plus 2 free hours with your organizer and removal of unwanted items. Organizing is billed at $70/hr. Sappari Solutions is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), Better Business Bureau, Harford County Chamber of Commerce, Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network and ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization). Description of Work: Jane and Mary came to my apartment to assess my organizational problems. They sorted through many boxes organizing my files and helping me decide what I needed to keep. We threw out bags of unnecessary papers and donated boxes of cd's and computer/electronic accessories. They are returning in February for the last three(3) hours and will continue to help me organize my home. In addition, prior to them coming, I spoke with Jane for an hour on the phone explaining what I needed and my situation. They were extremely professional yet compassionate and understanding. I will be having them help me several more times. They are setting up a program of organization to help me in the future.

I worked and will continue to work with them. The person I worked with, Jane, is very professional and helpful in helping to decide what to keep and what to discard. The job went very well. I contacted the company during the week and made an appointment for the next Saturday morning. I was asked to register on their website where there is a generic questionnaire regarding organizing activities. The organizers arrived a few minutes early. We had a quick orientation session and got to work within a few minutes. A large portion of the work involved unpacking books and separating them into groups based on language and topic. Both organizers were able to distinguish Chinese from Japanese and Italian from Spanish without difficulty and without spending too much time doing so. I had to plead with them to take a break with me midway through. We accomplished the goal for the day about 30 min early and then tackled boxes of childrens' toys with our remaining time. They were very careful and efficient. I would hire them again. If I were to contact them again, I think I would have gotten 30 min of organizing advice based on my responses to the questionnaire but I haven't done that yet.

The entire experience was pleasant, in spite of the yuckiness of the actual work. Nettie was friendly (and available!) when I called after 7PM; she knew what to ask to understand my need and she was able to schedule my work for the following week, as I'd requested. Jane and Cyndi showed up promptly at 9, and got right to work after taking a tour of the house and looking over the box scene. They were pleasant, hard-working and fun to work with. They did the work quickly and effectively for almost five hours straight, offering helpful suggestions as we went along (I worked with them). They took my discard pile away for donation and mailed me a receipt for my items. They even lugged the many leftover empty boxes to a neighbor's house for that family's move. I couldn't be happier with the results of the work, and met three nice people in the process.
Description of Work: I needed thoughtful help unpacking from a recent move...I wanted more then just "brute force," as I was looking for expert guidance on what to keep, what to unload, how to start getting organized, as well as suggestions for continuing my weeding out and arranging campaign. I got all that and more with Sappari.

They were pleasant, they worked effectively, they had ideas I didn't have in mind. They showed up on time.
Description of Work: We had a 30 minute discussion with them and what to expect. I had them go thru 2 closets and organize them for me. They hauled, labeled boxes, and came over. They took all the donations for me and and they will provide me with the donation form for me taxes.

The Sappari Solutions associate interviewed me for a verbal evaluation of my needs and then assessed the state of my attic herself. Then we came up with a plan of approach, and we started to work on it on the first visit. I was very impressed with how she listened and responded to me and so I scheduled another session (3 hours). We made quite a lot of progress in those sessions. She has followed up with me without putting pressure on me to book more time with them. I was very happy with their services overall.

It was amazing. The organizer started in one room in one corner and went through everything sorting into keep, trash, donate. Then she put things away in sensible places. For weeks, all I had to do was reach for something where I thought it should be and it was in fact there. Wonderful. The rooms stayed uncluttered. She had lots of good ideas - that didn't cost anything - for clearing spaces and storing things sensibly. Even before cleaning, the rooms looked neat and presentable. And comfortable. Never any pressure, but somehow the house ended up uncluttered and a nice place to be. When she left, she took several bags to Good Will and put several others out for trash pickup - and I've never missed or regretted anything.

Nettie and her staff are amazing. I was overwhelmed by hosting my first family Thanksgiving and called them up two days before the holiday in despair. Not only did I get to talk to Nettie right away but an organizer and house cleaning came out that night! I was blown away by how easy going and non judgmental both ladies were. I hired them again to tackle two bedrooms that were essentially giant storage units and were not functional. Again (2 different organizers this time) everyone was patient to let me lead the way at my comfort level and speed. They helped me make decisions without being pushing or know it alls. It was actually fun and the improvement was a total 180! I will be having them back soon to continue working on my house to make it a home.

I am so glad I took advantage of Angie's Deal with Sappari Solutions! Although we're not done, there's plenty of progress. My 7 and 10 year-old daughters are enthusiastic about the prospect of having a basement where they can entertain their friends; I'm enthuisastic about having our basement be organized so that we can find and USE everything in our home. While our basement doesn't exactly look like it should be included in a Pottery Barn catalog, it's no longer a place where I dred to go. More importantly, we can find what we need and put things away when we're done. I'm especially looking forward to the winter holidays and being able to reach all our decorations, baking items, etc. without having to feel like an archiologist!

The whole experience was fabulous - a trunk load of stuff to Goodwill and station wagon filled to the brim for the dump. I purchased 3 8x4 sheets of pegboard and everything that can hang is hanging. Bins were organized and labeled. I would hire them again in a New York second!

The service I received was excellent and I would use them again if and when the need arises.
Description of Work: The price paid was a special fee, therefore I did not rate the price. The folks that came were punctual and professional. They bagged clothing and other items that I had accumulated. They performed these tasks very well. My cellar had 20 years of "stuff" and they cleared the majority of it out within the time alloted and took items to various donation centers.

It has been a great experience, and I can't get over how much better my house looks as each room is organized. I think I covered most of this in the previous section. Only half a room to go! I'm ecstatic.
Description of Work: Organizing the entire house, room by room for two hours weekly. They work their way around each room, top to bottom and everywhere in between, not really cleaning but really organizing through the keep-donate-discard process in a way that is efficient and pleasant, and nonjudgmental. They've been fantastic to work with, and areas that have been organized tend to stay organized (unlike cleaning, where things get dirty again) which tells me they do a good job. And she doesn't leave me with a collection of keep/donate/discard boxes cluttering up the area. When the time is up, all the keep stuff is in its sensible place, the discard stuff is in the trash or otherwise appropriately taken care of, and she takes the donate stuff to Goodwill or the place of your choice - and the dry cleaning to the cleaner and the packages that have been gathering dust to the post office, and each time leaves the newly-organized area in much better shape than it was when she arrived. I am really impressed. She has always been punctual and pleasant, she gets along with my big dog, and she calmly does what it takes to get the job done. I find the service a little pricey at $50/hour, but they do offer various special rates to clients, which helps, and they have gotten even this almost-hoarder organized happily. I'm amazed at the whole process.
