Description of Work: We had two bee's nests inside our home in the past. The last time it was up on top of our bay window coming inside the house. They sprayed the area, killed the bees nest on the spot and nailed down the flashing.

+ -1 moreDonna and her sales/service supervisor James Foley are terrific. You deal directly with Donna, who owns the company, when you call for an appointment. She will accommodate your schedule. James did an outstanding job at my house; he explained everything to me. He was there for about an hour. He didn't hurry through the job. He sprayed outside of the home. Inside he used traps. He knew I had a cat in the home and was careful with the traps he used. I was thrilled that after one treatment, I didn't see another ant. Unfortunately, with new construction going on in the neighborhood, the ants are back this spring. I just called Donna, she is sending James over.
Description of Work: Last year I had a serious problem with ant infestation that I tried to take care of myself. Nothing worked. I called Donna Kirkendall and she sent someone over the next day. After one treatment, I saw no ants. I'm glad I purchased a pest management agreement; the ants are back this year. This agreement is in line with other companies I have gotten quotes from.
