Description of Work: Tech visited our home on 8/1 to diagnose the problem. We agreed to his resolution and asked him to install the well tank in our home on 8/3. While he was here, he took care of our acid neutralizer system, regenerated and added the calcite. There was a fee for the calcite but not an issue. There was NO fee for his initial visit to our home on 8/1. This was the 2nd time we have used Hometown Plumbing.

Description of Work: came an hour after i contacted them. were thourough and knew right away what the issue was and how to fix it. i am not able to explain the repairs they did but it took about an hour. the shower had only cold water because it wasn't in use for a while.

Description of Work: Installation of a basement bathroom. Design was not followed. Work was not done on the dates it was scheduled. Completion date was to be before July 27. Completion was in August. Finishing of bathroom by another plumber found problems totalling 1000.00 to fix.
