Professional and reliable!

Someone came out to turn on my system yesterday (The window was 10-2) and they arrived a little after 2. I had a work meeting at 2, and could not really spend any time with the technician other than to turn the water on, and to have him let me know that there was an â issueâ with the wiring of my system and someone would need to come back to troubleshoot. I called to try to schedule an appointment yesterday with no response. I called again today and no one answered my call. I turned my system on this afternoon and it seems to be operating normally, so I am not sure of the â issueâ Not sure if this company has changed hands or not, but the responsiveness since last year has greatly diminished. Too bad because they installed my system and have been taking care of it for ~15 years and were previously great to deal with.

Mike and his team were awesome! Very professional and did an amazing job. Very flexible too. I made a few alterations to their sprinkler lay out and they threw in extra sprinkler heads for little to no charge. They kept my lawn looking great and where there were tire marks and torn up patches they laid a generous layer of over seed. I ve already had neighbors asking me for their business within one day of completion.

Prompt courteous and efficient. Mike was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made some adjustments prior to departure and the system has worked fine all summer.

This company completed my irrigation system. They adjusted the heads and later came out to flush the system for free for the winter. They even accepted partial payment and the rest was paid later. I was extremely pleased with their work.

Very pleased with the work and professionalism of this company. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because there was a small issue with the installation. However, the team came out to fix the issue and we've been extremely happy with our system and it's effectiveness. I highly recommend the team at MVP and we continue to use their services for opening and closing our system. THANKS MVP!

Slow to respond, but does good work.

Excellent installation work, inadequate follow-up/customer service.

Their customer service could be better. Someone should always be available to take your call when you call. Communication is key when starting a major project like this. Even though, there was a slight mistake with setting up the zones and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed (appointment has been scheduled). The overall project went well.

They came in and completed the job in a timely manner. Lawn was not reseed where they dug up.
