Description of Work: Reseated a toilet crooked and rocking. Second plumber was baffled because Hardesty used two different sized bolts. He also stole cash from my condo during service. (Foolishly let the building engineer let him in.) He also set off the fire alarm while installing a neighbor's water heater, which caused massive amounts of water damage.

Description of Work: They replaced malfunctioning sinks in bathrooms, replaced cracked pipe in basement, and installed a water shutoff valve for the outside water fixture. Though they had to cancel the first time due to an emergency, when they did show up our every need was taken care of and they acted extremely professional. Based on other quotes we obtained, the price was competitive as well.
