D & D TREE REMOVAL

Everything went well. Work was completed in 2 days. The work completed was in the proposed contract. The crew did a great job cleaning up debris. The company owner was professional and cordial. The overall experience was great. Several others in our neighborhood have asked for their work number.

Dave did an excellent job for a very reasonable price, quick and professional. A pleasure to work with and would hire again.

Terrible - see below. We sent $400 cashiers check about 6 weeks ago to procure services. They continually disregarded me/us. Finally the services were actually scheduled. "No show." We called numerous times, and never a call returned. Not surprising given we were told by the woman who answers the phone said things like "you are on our list" and we will call you and weeks went by. We were VERY patient, courteous. So we are out $400 and no one will return our calls. We used them last year as did two neighbors. Sad. I try to use local businesses, noone has acted this badly before!

They were quick to respond and it took them less to 4 hours to remove the trees. I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. Near had a problem with them responding to me.

ALWAYS PERFECT...........

Called to have provider come out from a price quote. Person on phone said they would come out on following day. Did not see anyone around house or garden looking at my 2 trees. I tried calling 1 week later and left a message asking if they had come to look over the trees or if they were planing to come a different day. They never called back. I tried calling several times yesterday 9/26 and today 9/27 but no one answers the phone. I was very impressed initially but now I think they are terrible. At least they could have said they were very busy and told me it would have been several weeks , not totally cut off communications.

It didn't. I was never contacted.

I contacted Dand D to remove a large dead pine tree and to cut down a large stump. They came out to give me an estimate within a few days of my phone call. The estimate was very reasonable and they scheduled the removal for a few days later. Mike and his team arrived exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, and left the yard spotless. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend Kathy, Mike and his team.

They came on time - started working immediately - listened to our instructions - took down all of the trees quickly, efficiently and without any problems - afterwards cleaned up all tree debris, leaving yard spotless

Excellent experience overall. Mike was at my house within 20 minutes of my phone call. He gave me an estimate on the spot and was here at 7:00 the next morning to do the job. He and his crew got it done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up all the debris and did the job to my exact specifications.

Needed to remove 2 trees that were planted too close to the house by previous owner. One had also grown over the roof. Came on a Saturday afternoon to provide estimate. Offered the best price by over $100, and showed up within a few days of our accepting the offer. Work was done exceptionally well, hauled away all timber and left mulch as we requested. Also removed one smaller stump free of charge from a holly bush I had cut down myself previously. All work was completed while I was at work. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We contacted Dand D. They were both very helpful and friendly. Mr. Dove came out to provide an estimate. The work was scheduled and the crew showed up promptly. They did what we had discussed and for the price quoted. We would certainly use their services again as well as recommend their services.
