 + 1 moreEXCELLENT PERSONABLE SERVICE, OVERALL. THIS ORGANIZATION LOVES WHAT THEY DO AND THEY GO THE EXTRA STEP AND EXTRA MILE TO SUPPORT ALL THEIR CLIENTS. THE OWNER IS HONEST, HARD WORKING, FAIR, REASONABLE, AND WILL WORK 24/7/365 WITHOUT REGARD TO THE TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT TO RECTIFY EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND/OR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. THE FAMILY HAS BEEN IN THE PLUMBING BUSINESS SINCE 1950 AND THE FOUNDER, MIKE BAGDASIAN, IS A WWII VETERAN MERCHANT MARINE WHO VOLUNTEERED ON THE DAY OF THE ATTACK. MIKE SPENT THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS SUPPORTING AND SALVAGING OUR US NAVY VETERANS' REMAINS, AND OUR DAMAGED FLEET INFRASTRUCTURE. HIS JOB AT PEARL HARBOR SALVAGING OUR FLEET AND OUR DEAD WAS EXTREMELY CHALLENGING FOR HIM, A 24 YEAR OLD VOLUNTEER.
Description of Work: TONY BAGDASIAN AND COMPANY PERFORMED A FULL PLUMBING AUDIT ON MY ENTIRE HOUSE INCLUDING 4 BATHROOMS, TWO WELL PUMPS, KITCHEN SINK, OUTDOOR SHOWER STALL, AND THE LINE OUT TO THE PIER. THEY FOUND SEVERAL ISSUES AND RESOLVED THEM PROMPTLY WITHIN A FEW HOURS. REFURBISHED ALL FOUR TOILET MECHANISMS, BLADDER TANK, PUMPS, ETC, TO CORRECT WATER PRESSURE ISSUES. ALSO, IDENTIFIED BACTERIA ISSUES WITH THE 800 FOOT LIMESTONE WELL CAUSING ODOR AND RECTIFIED AND REMEDIATED THE WELL TO ELIMINATE THE FOUL ODOR.
