+ -1 moreThe initial visit went well, I told the person I would get back to them. I emailed the sales representative a question and did not get a response from him. I did hear back from West Shore and they asked to have someone come back out with an updated quote. I explained I was about to make a decision so the appointment had to be the same evening as the phone call (Monday night) or the next day (Tuesday). Monday night we received a call telling us the representative's car had broken down AN HOUR BEFORE and could we reschedule for the next evening. Tuesday they called to confirm the appointment. Then they called to move the appointment from 6:30 to 7 due to the weather. Then we received a second phone call along to push the appointment to 7:30.
Description of Work: Requested an estimate for a bathroom shower remodel. Price seemed reasonable.

+ -1 moreExcellent. West Shore Home workers were prompt. The new bathtub, fixtures, shower casing, shower rod, and shower installed in the main bathroom by West Shore were done in one day. We were delighted that it was no problem at all.
