They could improve on some of the initial move in things that you kind of encounter and being a little more expedient with doing some of those. For instance, when you move into any new home you are going to have things that happen, so there has been some things that happened throughout the neighborhood with construction. It's just taken a little more time to resolve some of those. You know driveways having some difficulties with some cracking. Different things depending on what the contractor had done. Some of the things with some of the heating units, they switch from one contractor to the other. So some fall through. They've taken care of it, but it just took a minute to do some of those things because they maybe had one contractor and switched to a different one. So where liability falls it takes a minute when you're doing these expensive homes and someone having to soak that up and fix it. It's not that it hasn't been rectified, except for the driveway. There are still some issues with some cracking in many of the driveways of the homes within the subdivision that's out there to be fixed. They're awesome builders, their amenities that come along with it. Their level of work and custom homes, and molding they do a great home without having to add a lot of extra things in. It's a quality home.

They didn't even repair the work. I had to go somewhere else and pay $350. They said it was out of warranty. They did not repair and tell us the maintenance on the issue causing damage. They did not take liability for fixing it. We had to go out of pocket to fix it. They didn't give us the stipulation of how to handle the tank that certain things had to happen the first year. At that point it was out of a year and people started to have flooding and explosions on their water heater in the basement. It started to be multiple people because they did not give the issues on what should be happening with that and checking your hot water heater every year. They did not give that at closing of the home like they should have. Most people don't go and inspect they tank every year of having a servicing like your air conditioning unit where someone comes out to clean it. You don't usually do that with a hot water heater, but this required that because it's an expansion tank. It gets fresher from the street. They didn't handle that repair. Anything related to them fixing a repair is an "F" because they refused to do it. You had to do it yourself. They didn't do anything, they only told us we had a problem. They can give the correct information of the required maintenance.
