RSA Paving customer service is top notch from start to finish. I'm amazed at the extreme care that was taken. Considering I live on a narrow street where parking is at a premium & neighbors get ticked off easily & rightfully so. Job delayed due to unexpected rain. However, when the sun came out the RSA crew was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Our only complaint was they had nothing to block off the driveway, but we happened to have caution tape from another job. Despite that glitch we were very pleased and have recommended this company to friends.

RSA Paving installed a driveway for us. It was exactly what we wanted the work was done quickly and very well for a good price. Rich was great to work with.

Rich kept in touch throughout the process and got permission to delay the process until the driveway was completely dry to insure the sealant would work. I have recommended them to a family member.

Rich and his crew are fantastic. I called 6 companies requesting estimates to repave our shared driveway. RSA Paving was the only company to respond immediately. Rich came out, in the rain, surveyed the work to be done then sent me an email with his proposal. We needed to coordinate this project with our neighbor and its scheduling with other home improvement projects. Rich was flexible with our needs and was professional in every way. The driveway was falling apart. It had a few craters and a few areas that were crumbling. Now our driveway looks brand new! We highly recommend RSA Paving!

We hired RSA to repair our asphalt driveway where a tree root had lifted and cracked the surface. Rich promptly responded to our HomeAdvisor request and stopped by to review the work. He gave us an estimate with a discount for having it all done at one time. Their work is very professional, they left the work area clean and we will use them again in the future for any paving work around our home.

RSA paving extended and resurfaced my driveway. They came out and did an excellent job. We had several people drive by and complement the work and ask who did the work because it looked so nice. The crew was professional and completed the work thoroughly. I have already contacted the company to do additional work.

07/2012 Parkville/Perryhall I can not say enough about Rick and his men and their quality of workmanship. I have been a home inspector for over 25 years for several maryland lenders and have "never" seen better work. You would be crazy not to use this company. Just make sure you are "very clear" about what you want and you will not be dissapointed. Jean S.
