Precision Door Service

They replaced the rollers on my garage door for me. They made sure that everything was functioning properly before they left with the garage door.

Technician showed up promptly and performed the required service.Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and and made recommedations.

The garage is very quiet when going up or down now. At first I could hear the garage doors moving from other areas of the house and now I can't. The keyless entry pad would have cost a lot more if purchased when the house was being built. The only thing I didn't agree with is that the technician used W40 oil that we already had in our garage. I thought the tech should have used his own supplies however, I'm not angry because my husband offered it to him.

The technician (Derrick Easterday) was exactly on-time. I mean, exactly on-time. He was friendly and personable, but professional. After running the garage door up and down once or twice, he quickly diagnosed the problem and adjusted one or two screws. The door worked perfectly and has worked perfectly since (not quite a year later) (yes, I did forget to review on Angie's List right after!). It probably took him under five minutes total to fix the door. I was ready to pay him for the service call, but he wouldn't accept it. I tried to tip him, but he wouldn't accept it. He noted that it was just a quick fix and that it was no big deal (or words to that affect). This whole experience was really impressive and I'd like to think that it was worth it Precision Garage Door to be so generous -- I've recommended them to others since then. (It made me regret having the door installed by a lesser contractor earlier -- he fixed their shoddy work in just five minutes.) Precision Garage Door gets an A+!

I bought their Big Deal coupon which was for a garage door tune up; we used it three months after we purchased it. It seemed like a pretty good deal. I was not here and did not get to meet them but my wife did. They were prompt; they came out and did exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do the work. There is a keypad to get in the garage now, so that when my daughter comes home, and if she does not have the key, she can get in. It was a very reasonable price for all that stuff and so far nothing has been broken.

The service guy was great. Everything was fine. I just think the price was a little high.

It was great. The service men who came out were very good, the people on the phone were good, they showed up on time, it did not take as long as they thought, they were honest, and all around good.

They were on time and very professional. There was a slight problem after the first day, so they came right back and adjusted the garage door opener, and there hasn't been a problem since then.

Showed up on time, did precision work, left worksite spotless when finished. Doors are ultra quiet now -- wish we had known about this years ago. So nice to have such quiet doors after all those years of rattling and racket.

I knew in advance that I was needing to have the rollers changed, but I didn't mention this to the technician at first. He took a look at my garage door and recommended what I knew had to be done. The technician was on time, he was friendly, and he was efficient. The garage door now goes up and down smoothly and no longer rattles.

The technician completed the job as described without delay.

As stated above, my house cannot accommodate a garage door opener, so no work was performed.

Overall, it was fine. Fairly easy to schedule. Nice reps. The work did not last as long as I thought it might, but it seemed to have been done well and everyone who I spoke to at the company was very nice.

The company Precision Garage Doors did a great job and they are efficient. They did the work professionally and quickly. I hired them to do more work.

I bought a coupon for half price tune-up. When they came to do the tune-up they said the system was shot and needed to be replaced. They replaced it right away. I was able to get my money back for the coupon. My only complaint is that they would not give me the Angie's discount since I didn't ask for it when I made the appointment. At his point I don't remember the amount but I think it was around $100. I was unable to do anything abount it since the work was done before I found out they wouldn't give me a discount.

The team came on time and replaced the motor gear very efficiently. I didn't know how other company charges for this type of service. However, after I found out the part probably only costs 30 bucks, I felt I was being over charged.

The coupon included a garage door tune up which i assumed meant they would do something besides replace the rollers. i was wrong. they did use this opportunity to sell us other services. I shoulder have paid more attention to the fine print, if I opted not use the coupon and they did nothing, they were going to charge me $49 dollars for the service call.

They did a good job. Derek was very friendly and customer oriented.

They were able to fix what was broken. The experience was pleasant and they could answer my questions without making me feel like a fool.

Scheduled an appointment for a specific time, repairman showed up at a completely different time, was not very polite and then told us he couldn't wait and left. Calling another company and referring our friends elsewhere!

It was a long time ago and it was a fine experience. The guy came in and did everything – it was perfect. They were efficient. They came in and did what they have to do and they were gone. Price is fair. The quality of their work is still good.

We had a great experience overall. The scheduling was quick, they showed up on time, and the services performed were high quality. They lubed the garage door track, and installed a remote/mounted garage door opener. Everything is still working well, without any problems..
