Very well, the garage door is working perfectly now, and much quieter than before. The entire process was quick and painless.

Put in a new door and opener.. Came out.. Didn't bring the right parts.. Said they would come back on Tuesday. Tuesday 4:30 I called.. He is on his way.. 8:30 I called.. Manager will call you back.. No call. Wednesday I called in twice.. Manager will call.. No call .. Door is half installed and unusable. We are moving in and can not access the garage. Thursday I called in, he will call.. But alas.. No call.. Several days go by and finally the "Manager" Henry calls me.. Says he doesn't see my name.. Am I calling the right company? Asked me to describe workers who did half install.. Says he doesn't have anyone like that working for him.. Next day I get another call that they will be there tomorrow to finish.. Installer shows up.. Works for 3 hours.. Doesn't have all the parts.. Will be back tomorrow.. Came again and finally finished installing a single wide door and opener. I called in numerous times and could NOT get the manager to returns call.. Save yourself.. Go elsewhere.

Our garage door broke at 5pm one evening and I called Precision Garage Doors, since they had great reviews. The initial call center service personnel was professional and courteous. He said I would receive a call from a dispatcher within an hour. I waited 2 hrs and called back. The same professional and courteous person apologies and said he had left a message with the dispatcher and would try again. Again I received no call back. After a third attempt I finally called another service company who answered my call straight away despite it being 11pm, and I made an appointment the very next morning.

They were professional, they came out and did exactly what they said they were going to do, and he was a very nice young man. There were no additional charges. They technician was very nice, they explained everything, and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need.

Barry came out today fixed our garage door and opener which wasn't operating correctly. Barry lubricated all moving parts and replaced the noisy worn out rollers with quiet rollers. I was educated today on garage doors and have a lot better understanding of the business. We are paying for their expertise not matter how quickly one can finish the job. Barry knows his stuff and is very good at what he does and a true gentleman.

Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job performing this service. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. Our openers were looking (and sounding) like new once the work for complete. There were no issues in scheduling and the work was performed efficiently.

they replied promptly to my request for an evaluation/estimate of the work that needed to be done. The estimator arrived on time and surprised me by finding a new replacement panel for my 17-year old door. I had expected to have to replace it. He then straightened out the roller channels enough so that we could close the door. ( It had been open since the accident with the truck roof. The door had only opened enough so that it was not visible in the rear-view mirror and got mangled when the truck was backed out.) The installer did a great job of replacement and maintenance on both doors. He was very pleasant to work with and went out of his way to leave me with a "good as new" set of garage doors. The estimator made a special trip(30 miles one way) to bring out some plastic flashing that had been torn in the accident, although it did not really affect the operation of the door. We found the price to be more than fair for the work that was done and we would definitely use them again.

I didn’t like them. It kind of seemed like a waste of time to me. I don’t see where it helped. It was a big deal purchase. There was no extra charge. They were the first ones I ever had. They were on time. They were here on the agreed date.

I purchased a Big Deal for a $149 garage door tune-up plus a free key-less entry pad (or new rollers, your choice). When I called to schedule the appointment, I did not realize this is the same company I have used in the past and they let me know that I was still under warranty, so I do not need the deal.

After some conversation with Harry at the office, I accepted the price of $340.00 which was overpriced, but I needed access to the Garage. So I paid. But I would not recommend Precision.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was fine. He didn’t have to do very much, one of my openers wasn’t working and he fixed it. He was very nice. He was very prompt. I thought he was very professional, very nice and very friendly. I have seven dogs and he didn’t despise them. They weren’t running loose but some people can’t come out to do stuff and don’t even want to go in the garage even if they are safe. He didn’t seem to mind. He was very nice and helpful. He told me others things that I could have done but I didn’t choose to do that. I usually don’t fix things unless they are really broken. I have nothing to compare it to but I think it was probably a good price.

They were good. They did what I needed have done. I thought their price was reasonable.

Person was very knowledgeable and gave me tips for maintaining the garage door opener moving parts - I did not use the $149 tuneup special because it was in need of much more than a tuneup. For the first appointment, I got a very late notice that the technician could not be at my house that day - I had been waiting on a Saturday afternoon for several hours and received notification at the time of the appointment that the technician could not make it that day at all. I was a little disappointed, to say the least, but as I understand it, the techician was taken ill that day. The technician that eventually came out for the rescheduled service was on time, competent, and very professional.

It ended up turning out very well. I would highly recommend them. We had moments of misunderstanding but everything ended up turning out well. They arrived on time and they were very efficient with the work that they did. I was very pleased with the service. They did the work in August and I traveled until November after that and when I got back I began to notice in the middle of the night one of the doors would automatically open and I looked at the contract and it said if something happens in the first three months to call. I did call after that three months and I told them that the door was automatically opening. I called a person on the phone and they said it would be $49.00 for someone to come out and I questioned that. I called two or three times and I was at the point of calling a different company but I made one last call and I got someone different and they sent a guy out and I give him the highest marks. The guy knew I was not happy but he was very patient and he was very clear in what was happening. He let me know the garage door motor was older and it was the reason that the door was going up at night. He informed me that was not part of the original Big Deal and so I did go ahead and have him replace the motors on both doors for $1,200.00 and he told me if they did a repair it may be temporary and I would end up paying more than the replacement. He got me deductions that were around $150.00 and I was so happy with how that service ended up and it ended up very well. He explained the issue that I had with the phone was because the company had hired an answering service and that they were not a part of the company. They guy said he did not think that was a good idea to have done that and he even got me in touch with a manager and it sounded like they took my concerns very seriously and that they were going to consider making changes.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Went over all the things that were fixed, updated and so on. Very good explanation on what was needed to go forward and how to go about doing that when we are ready.

Precision Garage Doors performed a garage door tune-up and replaced the rollers on the garage door. The frame was adjusted, a 25-point safety check was performed, all moving parts were lubricated, and our garage door is no longer making a loud, squeaking noise. Alan, the technician, advised me to lubricate the wheels and springs on the garage door on a monthly basis to help keep the garage door in tip-top shape. He was professional, courteous, and performed the service as described on the promotional $149 Angie's List deal. He also advised me of a warranty on the new rollers. In regards to customer service, I was quite impressed. The original appointment was scheduled for Friday, 3/28; however, they contacted me that morning to apologize for any inconvenience; however, the scheduled technician was sick that day and the appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day or next week. The new appointment was rescheduled for a 10 am - 12 pm time frame on Saturday, 3/29. I appreciated the fact that Precision Garage Doors personnel contacted me prior to this appointment and advised me that Alan would be at my residence closer to the 12 pm time frame. This 2nd courtesy call allowed me ample time to take the dogs out and get a few things done around the house, while awaiting his arrival.
