We were unhappy and would advice anyone working with them to interview the agent carefully to make sure the individual . Our concerns fall into three categories:1. Abiilty to identify properties that met our criteria. Four out of the five properties we saw were identified by us using public search engines such as Homes.Com, ListingBook.com, RedFin.com, and ZipRealty, visited Open Houses, and we then asked the agent to show us the house if we thought it had a potential. 2. Issues with the offer. a. Disappointed with analysis around setting the price for the offer (comps). We used Zillow and were able to identify candidates that were better matches.b. Contract phase. When sellers wanted to exclude items from the home inspection agent told us to accept the dits. Luckily for us we ignored that advice since home inspection report identified large issues. c. Agent was Inable to identify structural issues with the house early on in the process. We expected an experienced agent would be able to identify the signs leading up to a to poor inspection report. On a positive note all services were for free.

I didn't pay the agent anything. I am very happy. They were very attentive to what we are looking for. They were very detailed-oriented. They were very meticulous. They paid good attention to everything.
