A Trane (AC/Heating company) representative was at Home Depot. This dealer would refer the jobs to Chilltrol, which is near my house. The company is very busy during the summer months. It took about a week before someone came for an estimate, and a couple more days before the service was performed. The first person will run an estimate. It really was not a high pressure sale, which is good. The estimator was just average, he could not handle a lot of questions about warranties or furnaces. I actually had to call him several times after his visit. He claimed he had so many people calling him to schedule a servicing. He was forgetful in calling me back to answer my questions, so I had to chase him down a lot. When the repair people was working, they did not use carpet protectors like they used in the video. In the video it shows the estimator making using a special device to see what size unit you needed. I never saw this done. One of the workers use our bathroom with out asking.

I was extremely pleased with the work this firm performed and the quality of product they installed. Joe Pasko was the man I placed my order with, and he was very polite, knowledgeable and listened well. The installers showed up on time, did a thorough, professional job, and cleaned up so that you couldn't tell they had been there except for the unit they installed. Everything works better than I expected, and each individual I dealt with exceeded expectations. The contractor came back a week later for a final quality and customer check at no charge. The unit, made by Mitsubishi, does its job quietly and efficiently (SEER rating of 17). I can now use the sun room all year long. Chill-Trol met every commitment and did its job on time and within budget. I highly recommend Chill-Trol, Inc. I believe I got a good value for my money, but I really can't tell if the price is competitive or not. I gave them a B but it might be an A. They came so highly recommended that I didn't look elsewhere.

WE HAVE HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT IN THERE QUALITY OF WORK, AND THE FACT THAT THEY SHOW UP ON TIME IS VERY IMPRESSIVE TO ME.

THEY KEEP MY HEATER, AND AC RUNNING ALL YEAR ROUND. THEY LET ME KNOW IF I NEED TO REPLACE A PART, AND DON'T TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING I DON'T NEED. THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GOOD JOB. DID NOT INSIST THAT I NEEDED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE ONE THAT I HAD.

THEY WERE AS GOOD AS ANY COMPANY THAT'S THAT BIG. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO BE AROUND AND THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY CAME IN AND DID THE JOB THAT I WANTED THEM TO DO JUST THE WAY I WANTED THEM TO DO IT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND DID NOT BACK UP OR WARRANTY THEIR PRODUCT, WHICH BARELY LASTED PAST THE WARRANTY. THEY WERE VERY UN-RESPONSIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS. THEY JUST DID NOT CARE THEY HAD MY MONEY.
